Analyst-Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Operations & Support-Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Role:
We seek an RPA Operations & Support team member to uphold the reliability and efficiency of our RPA solutions. This role involves monitoring performance, managing incidents, implementing changes, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure our RPA initiatives deliver optimal value to the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
Work you will do.
· Ensure RPA bots are seamlessly integrated with core databases for smooth operational workflows.
· Guarantee that RPA implementations adhere strictly to relevant regulations and internal policies, focusing on data security and privacy.
· Conduct thorough testing of RPA bots to validate their performance against established quality standards prior to production deployment.
· Continually assess and enhance RPA bot performance based on analytical data and user feedback.
· Rapidly detect and rectify any bugs or issues in RPA bots to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
· Collaborate closely with IT developers and product owners to ensure RPA solutions are strategically aligned with business objectives and smoothly integrated into existing systems.
· Educate junior staff on effective interaction with RPA bots, including troubleshooting and manual overrides.
· Provide comprehensive ongoing support and guidance to ensure proficient use of RPA tools by end-users.
· Create and maintain detailed documentation for RPA processes, including bot specifications, system architecture, and user manuals.
· Systematically document changes to RPA systems, maintaining meticulous version control to support historical tracking and audit facilitation.
· Regularly monitor RPA bot performance to ensure continuous operation without disruptions or errors.
· Maintain robust communication with Operational Support Teams (OST) and key stakeholders to align RPA activities with broader business needs.
Key Skills
· Proficient in advanced RPA tools like UiPath & Orchestrator, including jobs monitoring, scheduling, queues management, asset utilization, insights reporting, and SharePoint customization.
· Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a knack for troubleshooting and critical thinking.
· Experienced in project management with a solid grasp of various methodologies.
· Excellent at explaining complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders for clear understanding.
· Expertly communicates findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in multiple languages.
· Maintains meticulous attention to data handling for error prevention and accuracy.
· Manages time effectively to balance multiple projects and deadlines, delivering high-quality analyses on schedule.
· Engages successfully with cross-functional teams, integrating feedback to meet collective needs.
· Continuously updates knowledge on new tools, techniques, and trends to enhance analytical capabilities.
Experience & Qualifications
- Any bachelor’s degree or B. Tech with 1-2 years of experience.
Work location: Hyderabad
Shift timings: 9 AM to 6 PM | 11 AM to 8 PM
