Deputy Manager – NL ITS Compliance Coordinator (USI)/ Unified Delivery Centers

Work you'll do:
The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a unified and consistent approach towards achieving compliance with applicable standards across all Delivery Centers within Deloitte NL. The primary focus of this role is to foster synchronization and alignment amongst the Delivery Centers regarding compliance to standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 22301, while refraining from direct involvement in Delivery Center’s operational and strategic activities. The Compliance coordinator will act as a facilitator and liaison, working closely with each center's Compliance Led to monitor and report on compliance progress and challenges.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Act as the central point of coordination among Delivery Centers for identified and in-scope compliance-related activities and initiatives.
- Support the coordination of internal audits and assessments.
- Regularly liaise with Compliance Leads to track and report on the progress towards compliance, mitigations of non-conformities, and remediation actions.
- Escalate non-conformities to the ITS Risk & Compliance Manager and identify areas for improvement.
- Challenge and review the content of policies, procedures, test results, and review periods to ensure they meet required standards.
- Maintain transparent communication with the CIO, CTO, and Delivery Centers’ management.
- Ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of compliance efforts and statuses.
- Promote and encourage a culture that values compliance within each Delivery Center.
- Respect the unique motivations of each Delivery Center while maintaining a consistent quality of standard adherence.
- Foster an environment where compliance is seen not as a hindrance but as a foundational element that supports sustainable growth and operational excellence.
- Ensure the organization remains compliant without hindering innovation.
Your professional experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in information security
- Good understanding of ISO, COBIT, GDPR or related standards .
- Proven experience in compliance management, information security, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of secure development practices and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Understanding of DORA and NIS2 regulations
- Good to have Knowledge on CIS Critical Security Controls, NIST Control frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and regions.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISM, CRISC,CISA etc.) are a plus.
- Experience in IT Development of IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Knowledge of security and cloud architecture and associated compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of SharePoint and an ITSM system like ServiceNow.
