Your role will focus on driving process and experience improvements for practitioners, utilizing low-code platforms and workflow/process automation tools, such as Nintex K2 and Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers and Testers across the whole product lifecycle.  

Key responsibilities include:

·       Translating business needs/processes into efficient technical solutions using low-code/no-code/workflow tools

·       Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization to ensure timely delivery of solutions to meet business requirements.

·       Maintaining systems to required SLAs, prioritizing maintenance windows and releases, liaising with the wider Deloitte team to ensure global standards and security controls are met.

·       Managing specific aspects of project work as required

Must have

     Experience delivering solutions with low-code tools, or traditional programming languages.

     Experience working with business users/stakeholders to understand business problems and translate these into technical solutions.

     Effective communication skills, both oral and written, including ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

     Develop, test, and deploy Nintex K2 workflows, forms, and Smart Objects.

     Integrate workflows with other systems and databases as required.

     Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

     Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on the effective use of the Nintex K2 platform.

     Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and training materials.

     Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance user proficiency.

     Strong analytical thinking skills and you enjoy solving problems

Good to have

     Understanding of design test and Deploying Custom broker.

     Knowledge of advance data integration technique and tools

     Familiarity with others business Process automation Platforms.

     Experience delivering solutions with low-code tools, or traditional programming languages

     Governance framework for managing change and workflow

Work Location: Hyderabad and Bengaluru

Shift Timing- 11am to 8 pm

Personal independence
