Responsibilities
Deloitte seeks an Analyst – T&I Networks to fill a position within the Networks team of the Technology & Infrastructure department in the Information Technology Services organization. The Networks team manages core network functions, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPN gateways, load-balancers, network authentication, network scanning, and related security and hardening tasks.
The successful candidate will provide technical skills in the deployment & operational support of data networks across Canada and Chile. The incumbent will be required to work closely with a diverse range of internal and external personnel - sponsors, stakeholders, users, and technical team leads on technical designs, migrations, deployments, and daily operational duties in relation to Deloitte's network infrastructure.
Operational
· Design, install, automate, and manage communications infrastructure and call flows
· Develop UC deployment roadmaps and align with overall infrastructure technology roadmaps
· Develop test plans and implementation plans for various projects
· Capacity and performance planning, overseeing software upgrades on production platforms
· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented services
· Stay current with new technologies and determine product direction
· Strong experience in collaboration and communications through multiple platforms, including SaaS-based and Cloud-centric services
· Provide support with a variety of operating systems and functions related to UC delivery
· Perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose problems and demonstrate ability to solve complex problems with multiple variables
· Familiarity with various network deliveries (such as Cisco SD-WAN)
· Experience working with and administering Teams, Zoom, and AudioCodes devices
· Experience working with and administering SIP, and troubleshooting transport-related issues
· Manage organization-wide implementation with a mix of user scenarios and devices scenarios, such as laptop clients, mobile devices, meeting-room systems, and back-end infrastructure
· Manage collaboration and communication services for our users in Canada and Chile
· Some experience with server maintenance and associated hardware, applications, services, and settings
· Operate and offer improvement to monitoring policies for our voice services and resources
· Implement and manage disaster recovery and back-up
· Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades
· Monitor network to ensure optimal performance
· Configure role-based access-controls and ensure minimum access when implementing permissions
· Test release of products to minimize user impact and ensure compatibility
· Create technical support documentation for systems and applications

· XMedius Fax Systems
Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience: 1-3 Years of experience in Network Technologies.
Certifications:
· AudioCodes ACA or ACP a plus
· Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Admin. Assoc. certification a plus
· Previous experience with Microsoft Teams user-account administration preferred
· Previous experience with SIP preferred
· Familiarity with Teams Direct-Routing a plus
· Previous experience with modern operating systems (Windows, Linux)
· Fluent in spoken Spanish is a plus
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM or as needed.
