RPA Business Analyst - Senior AnalystITS Quality Assurance - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Work you’ll do

As a part this team, you will:

As a highly experienced and driven Business Analyst, you will oversee assessing business processes, finding automation possibilities, and working with stakeholders to develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, including.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document existing processes for RPA potential.

·       Conduct gap analyses to assess automation feasibility and collaborate with RPA developers to implement solutions.

·       Create detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, business rules, and user stories.

·       Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and update stakeholders on RPA project progress.

·       Utilize agile methodologies to guide project planning and improve outcomes.

·       Manage expectations and monitor the performance of RPA implementations, identifying improvement areas.

·       Apply critical reasoning to manage requirements, refine solutions, and address issues and risks collaboratively.

·       Generate status reports for leadership and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and presenting confidently.

·       Foster an adaptable team culture, encourage knowledge sharing, and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 06.30 AM to 03.30 PM

Qualifications:

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis domain for RPA solutions.

·       Strong knowledge of business processes and improvement methodologies.

·       Skilled in process modeling techniques and tools like UI Path, Automation Anywhere.

·       Experience in providing business analysis for enterprise-level and transformational programs.

·       Proficient in various agile project delivery methodologies.

·       Capable of managing tight deadlines and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

·       Effective in building relationships with stakeholders and acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.

·       Experienced in data handling, including mapping, transformation, and solving complex issues.

·       Demonstrated ability to deliver independently with minimal senior support.

·       Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·       Proven ability to plan, execute, and adapt strategies effectively.

·       Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously or as part of a team.
