Job title: Senior Analyst – Global Growth Core: Global LCSP Performance Mgmt, Succession and Development
Location: Hyderabad; Shift timings: 2:00 – 11:00 PM IST

Work you’ll do
Professional with strong understanding of business research and PMO. Someone who can work directly with the Global Client Leaders Program senior leadership in driving and supporting the planning and execution of performance management, succession pool, educational programs, and related communications and initiatives for the Global Crown Jewel (GCJ) Global Lead Client Service Partner (GLCSP) Community and stakeholders. The professional will work across global businesses, industries/sectors, and geographies to support the global client strategy, including reporting to leadership and key stakeholders on the objectives and results of program offerings.
Skills and Competencies:
· Strong project management and time management skills, ability to support all aspects of the project life cycle from concept to delivery, work independently under deadlines, and manage multiple assignments while maintaining top quality deliverables.
· Superior oral and written communication skills, ability to adjust communication style based on the audience, exceptional ability to prepare executive-ready materials that “tell-the-story” succinctly and logically, ability to flex the communication and messaging to the audience and context.
· High degree of endurance, responsiveness, and flexibility to work through multiple iterations of work and quickly adapt to constantly varying priorities and subject matter.
· Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), experience with proven use of project management tools with strong attention to detail
· Strong analytic acumen and comfort with large amounts of data, with proven ability to distill insights for leadership from complex datasets
· High comfort level working in a global, matrixed, and often virtual organization with a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
Key job responsibilities include:
- Support design and delivery of annual performance management (PM) processes, including goal-setting and year-end GCJ GLCSP consensus meetings
- Helping in creating Excel dashboard to capture KPI info and uploading files to the PM system
- Helping to verify data, including but not limited to verifying that names are captured accurately in the PM system and records (when compared to Global Client Portfolio records)
- Helping to ensure that Member Firm (MF) Reviewers and Global Reviewers are accurately uploaded into the PM system
- Preparing and formatting reports on prior-year GLCSP PM cycles as needed for senior leaders
- Performing quality control checks at multiple stages to ensure that communications contain the correct names (e.g., GLCSP names, Global Reviewer names, MF Reviewer names, Industry/Sector leader & team names)
- Appropriately safeguarding data information and confidentiality by password-protecting files, and marking the correct Sensitivity of emails and files (e.g., Confidential – Internal Only; Personal Information)
- Preparing compiled data packages to support meeting materails preparations, leadership analyses, MF reporting and other packaging of files as needed
- Providing logistics and prep support for multiple virtual and hybrid meetings; supporting pre-and post-meeting data analysis of GLCSPs and their accounts
- Supporting development of communications and process documents to support the review process
- Helping manage the PM mailbox and answer standard/simple questions that come through the PM mailbox, using FAQs for common qusetions, and escalating complex questions to team as needed
- Preparing clear and informative status reports and performing data analytics as needed, leveraging Salesforce, Excel and other data sources and tools as needed
- Working with the Deloitte Technology USI team as needed for specific PM requests
- Conducting UAT of the GCJ PM system and suggesting system enhancements to inform user experience design
- Helping to update information on the GCJ website
- Support content development and approach for GCJ Academy, GLCSP transition labs, GLCSP succession coaching program, development content for webcasts, and other client leader development meetings
- Supporting data requests from stakeholders in MFs, global businesses and Global Growth
- Supporting development of content and logistics for virtual learning programs (i.e., interfacing with teams to set up virtual Zoom/Teams meetings, preparing presentation documents, preparing invitations)
- Maintaining and updating distribution lists for virtual learning programs
- Supporting filing/sorting/verifying names of development candidates
- Keeping up with changes/updates to candidate information
- Helping with analytics and reporting, suggesting process efficienciesand alternatives
- Helping to answer standard/simple questions that come through a shared mailbox and escalating complex questions to team as needed
- Supporting email organization/filing in mailbox
- Keeping up with document retention/filing in Teams
- Helping to update information on the GCJ website
- Work with leaders and stakeholders to support succession planning and build a global talent pool of GLCSPs
- Supporting the refresh of the succession planning process (i.e., preparing presentation documents, project plans, timelines)
- Supporting data requests and mailbox management
- Supporting filing/sorting/verifying names of succession candidates and organizing information
- Supporting the creation of reports and data analytics
- Helping to answer standard/simple questions that come through a shared mailbox and escalating complex questions to team as needed
- Global Client Leader Virtual Learning Calls:
- Suggesting ideas to help implement engaging virtual meetings, including supporting meeting set-up, designing topical sessions that cater to global client most complex issues to solve
- Analyzing call participation data and trends

Qualifications
- 5 years of work experience
- Post-Graduate/MBA degree in Business, Strategy or Commerce from a reputed school
