Position Summary

CoRe Procurement – Assistant Manager - Category Management-Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Real Estate and Office Services group manages the procurement strategy and process for Construction, Real Estate and Office Services (REOS) products and services for Deloitte Global Firms and are seeking an Assistant Manager to be part of our REOS team in India (USI Delivery Centre).

Job Responsibilities:

  •       Person will be responsible for delivering REOS Projects across US/Canada or Global as assigned.
  •       Lead renovation and expansion projects of new Deloitte offices, develop proposal solicitation documents.
  •       Collaborate with cross functional teams during sourcing (RFX) events (Viz. Creation of RFX documents, Pricing templates, run RFX events and lead contract negotiations and execute Contracts)
  •       Conduct/manage Supplier interviews, prepare bid summaries and supplier recommendations.
  •       Build business relations with internal stakeholders, clients, and external suppliers in a global environment.

    Understand supply markets and industry trends, conduct market assessments.
  •       Resolve client-vendor relationship issues, monitor supplier performance, while driving continuous improvement.
  •       Establish and maintain vendor analysis and tracking reports, while monitoring, spend, savings, contract compliance and usage of specific products and services.

Requisite skills

·       A high performing, self-motivated candidate with ability to work as an individual contributor or in a team.

·       Strong communication skills (able to communicate and deal with all levels in the organization).

·       Strong experience in strategic Sourcing and Procurement processes in a large, decentralized global environment is preferrable. 

·       Demonstrate ability to work independently and produce results with minimum direction.

·       Strong research and analytical skills

·       Proven skills in analyzing spend data, proposals and preparing PowerPoint dashboard and reports for Senior leadership review.

·       Working experience on tools like Ariba sourcing, Service Now ticketing system and other Microsoft tools.

Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing

  • Any bachelor’s degree or PG/PGD or MBA in Supply Chain Management. (Certifications in SCM will be added advantage)
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in Global Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management and Contracts administration, supplier negotiations and management.

Location: Hyderabad

Timings: 2PM to 11PM IST with flexibility to accommodate as per business needs.
