Job responsibilities:
- Manage the site creation activities including pages edits, promotions, site clean ups.
- Create and update lists and work on customized Nintex forms and functionality developments
- Experience in working on customized code (CSS + jQuery), User interface/user experience, Search optimization (promoted results, cards), SharePoint lists is a plus
- Self-directed, comfortable working independently and without daily supervision
- Ability to productively manage and work within a virtual team
- Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate.
- Suggest practical solutions and partner with Global customer/stakeholders to implement the solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment
- Self-motivated and strong team player.

Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of content management experience desirable
- Familiarity with Thought Leadership/Insights process
- Basic technical skills/prog
- ramming knowledge – SP (2010, SPO), HTML, CSS, InfoPath, jQuery
- Strong knowledge of Content Management platforms such as SharePoint and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Showcase strong understanding of content management life cycle, client confidentiality, taxonomy, search and content archival policy
- Demonstrate strong technical skills in MS Office suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access
- Post content to the web portal as per the taxonomy, tag content, and archive content.
- Derive insights and develop client recommendations
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design solutions
- Collaborate with US Senior Knowledge Managers and USI Knowledge Services colleagues in developing/maintaining knowledge repositories with aligned specific intellectual properties (internal and external)
- Search the database to ensure submitted content is not a duplicate of materials already published in the portal.
- Follow established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content within the portal
- Follow Deloitte standards for creating HTML pages
