Job responsibilities:
· Managing internal web portals for pursuits – content and weblinks through an extensive use of HTML, CSS, jQuery, InfoPath, Nintex, and Share point workflow
· Posting content to the web portal as per the taxonomy, tag content, and archive content.
· Following established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content within the web portal
· Taking end-to-end ownership of the project deliverables
· Collaborating with subject matter experts to design solutions
· Collaborating with Knowledge Managers and USI Knowledge Services colleagues in developing/maintaining knowledge repositories
· Networking within firm, compiling suggestions, and implementing solutions for improving platform content and features
· Searching the database to ensure submitted content is not a duplicate of materials already published in the portal
· Searching content from repositories associated with proposal documents and related marketing material, managing contribution process
· Curating content for proposal database/best-in-class repository
· Managing and analyzing data using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
· Ensuring high quality of work

Mandatory Skills:
- · Minimum 1 year of content management experience desirable
- · Familiarity with Pursuits process

- · Strong knowledge of Content Management platforms to work on Intranet Portals
- · Showcase strong understanding of content management life cycle, client confidentiality, taxonomy, search and content archival policy
- · Demonstrate strong technical skills in MS Office suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access
- · Post content to the web portal as per the taxonomy, tag content, and archive content.
- · Derive insights and develop client recommendations
- · Collaborate with subject matter experts to design solutions
- · Collaborate with US Senior Knowledge Managers and USI Knowledge Services colleagues in developing/maintaining knowledge repositories with aligned specific intellectual properties (internal and external)
- · Have a thorough understanding of the brand guidelines and style guides that are essential for building the pages
- · Search the database to ensure submitted content is not a duplicate of materials already published in the portal.
- · Follow established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content within the portal
- · Follow Deloitte standards for creating HTML pages

This team is involved in managing web portal for knowledge and intelligence, resources, and strategy to help professionals develop proposals, meeting documents, and other client-facing materials. Among other responsibilities, the team is responsible for curating and maintaining various repositories to provide seamless environment for real-time access to knowledge/content via global platform (proposals, orals, and other client deliverables) to facilitate quick solutions for client needs.
