Other Targeted Content team is looking for highly motivated individuals with expertise in communications, attention to detail, positive attitude, presence and ability to interact across many levels to support delivery of projects with Deloitte member firms around the world.
Job responsibilities:
- Quality Review: Conduct thorough quality reviews of work produced by the team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards and guidelines.
- Mentoring: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they understand their roles, responsibilities, and the tools and processes they will be using.
- Insights and Reporting: Deliver actionable insights and detailed reports to team leads and stakeholders, aiding in informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with both onshore and offshore leads to understand the project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Communicate timelines and progress effectively to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.
- Initial Review: Oversee the initial review of submitted material and collection of targeted content stored in other databases.
- Content Duplication Check: Ensure that submitted content is not a duplicate of materials already published on the platform by conducting thorough searches.
- Content Management: Utilize advanced content management capabilities, including publishing, contributing, and understanding the overall content lifecycle.
- Abstracts and Descriptions: Write or edit abstracts and descriptions for each industry or business, ensuring clarity and relevance.
- Project Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of project deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Knowledge Collaboration: Collaborate with Knowledge Managers and USI Knowledge Services colleagues in developing and maintaining knowledge repositories.
- Content Tagging: Accurately tag content to facilitate its retrieval within the portal, enhancing user accessibility.
- Content Policing: Review and police content to ensure it aligns with the global firm taxonomy and standards.
- Content Cleansing: Regularly cleanse content and deliverables to maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Document Workflow: Follow and enforce established document workflow standards for publishing content within the portal.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of work through continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.

The team
This team is involved in managing and publishing all content on Deloitte Methods, Assets & Tools and Enabling Teams(MATEs) on KX (KX Mini cards) and Practice Profiles for Businesses and Industries Deloitte serves across its global network of member firms. Among other responsibilities, the team is responsible for updating, auditing and maintaining a database of the MATEs Mini cards and the Practice Profiles on KX to provide seamless environment for real-time access to knowledge/content through a global platform to facilitate quick solutions for client needs. The team is also responsible for collecting, managing and publishing content on knowledge sharing platform to enable practitioners to deliver to their clients across the globe.
Qualifications Required:
· MBA or Post Graduate in English, Economics, Literature, Library Sciences
· MS Office Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) – Beginner/Intermediate Level
· Excellent written and verbal English skills
· Good comprehension skills
· Familiarity with business environment
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Attention to detail
· Ability to multitask on work assignments
· Ability to deal and deliver with regard to fast deadlines, acts with a sense of urgency
