Senior Analyst, Change & Adoption - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Deloitte Global seeks a Sr. Analyst – Change and Adoption within the Digital experience department. This individual will support the rollout and adoption of digital products. This person will directly support the user community through person to person interaction and the creation of documentation and training videos highlighting new features, guidance, and best practices for digital products.
The Sr. Analyst– Change and Adoption will be aligned to the Digital experience team within the Global Brand department and work with Change and Adoption Manager. Those with energetic personalities, strong initiative, self-motivation, and strong interpersonal skills will thrive in this team environment.
Job responsibilities include the following:
- Create documentation and training videos highlighting new features, guidance, and best practices for Digital products. Assess materials and recommend changes.
- Review existing documentation and training materials, update materials as needed. Update existing training materials with new screenshots and guidance from subject matter experts
- Create and/or contribute to online help pages in support of the digital programs
- Manage ongoing permissions and access requests
- Lead the tracking of engagement and other adoption metrics for the projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with member firm stakeholders and lead regular checkpoint calls to ensure engagement and satisfaction with Digital technology tools
- Create and distribute program communications materials and announcements
- Perform account audits for adherence to established standards & strategies for the Digital programs
- Maintain internal program resource site and monitor community discussion board
- Support Program community and leadership calls
- Manage program communications and mailbox support
- Maintain program distribution lists
- Complete training on new products and capabilities as needed
- Experience creating and maintaining training documents, guidelines, and other technical documentation
- Experience posting on knowledge sharing and team collaboration sites
- Ability to define and share best practices internally/externally
- Manage key relationships with:
- Change and Adoption team
- Digital Product Manager(s)/ Technology team
- Member firm and regional stakeholders
Qualifications/ skills required
- BTech/ BA/ BS in computer science and technology, digital marketing, communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience
- At least 2 years of relevant digital marketing, social media management or online communications experience (preferably within training and product support activities)
- Familiarity with content management systems (preferably Adobe Experience Manager)
- Advanced knowledge of Digital marketing tools and concepts
- Fluent with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Web conferencing technologies (e.g. WebEx, Skype, Zoom)
- Experience with knowledge sharing systems
- General knowledge digital marketing/social media marketing best practices
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for technology; an early adopter who quickly learns new technology
- Understanding of project management
- Experience developing ‘how-to’ guidance or technical training materials
- Experience managing shared Outlook calendar and mailboxes
- Very strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
- Comfort working in a global, multi-cultural, matrix environment
- Demonstrated ability in working with all levels of management
- Very strong relationship building/relationship management skills
- Practical and pragmatic approach to delivery
- Strong self-motivated and independent thinker who has experience working in a virtual environment
