Are you a quick learner with a willingness to work with new technologies? CoRe Business Solutions team offers you an opportunity to be an integral part of the Digital Customer Solutions Group. The principal focus of this group is to customize technical solutions for global Deloitte Member Firms to address a variety of business needs including marketing and communication, knowledge management, learning and development, and overall process automation. The team uses primarily Microsoft SharePoint (on-prem and cloud) as a platform. We use various web development and automation tools/technologies (i.e. HTML, jQuery, Java Script, REST/SOAP API, JSON, Nintex, Kendo, Azure, Power Apps/Flows, and many more) within a structured delivery process to develop products that deliver significant value to our internal customers across Deloitte’s global network.
Job Responsibilities:
· Create tailored SharePoint solutions that meet specific organizational needs using SharePoint OnPrem (2013/2016/2019), SharePoint Online.
· Use SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, or other tools to modify the appearance and functionality of SharePoint sites according to project requirements.
· Deploy SharePoint solutions effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to existing services.
· Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure functionality, reliability, and compatibility across different devices and browsers.
· Address and resolve issues that arise with the SharePoint environment. This includes debugging code, fixing bugs, and resolving user access issues.
· Collaborate effectively with lead developer and solution architects for technical queries and resolve them proactively.
· Communicate effectively with team members to understand requirements, provide updates, and collect feedback on SharePoint projects.
· Maintain Documentation: Keep detailed documentation of the SharePoint architecture, configurations, and custom developments to assist in future maintenance and upgrades.
· Develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials to assist end-users in navigating and using SharePoint functionalities efficiently.
· Adhere to industry standards and legal regulations concerning data security, privacy, and usage within the SharePoint environment.
· Stay updated with the latest SharePoint development practices and technologies to ensure sustainable and effective solutions.
· Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills in SharePoint and related technologies, such as attending workshops, obtaining certifications, and participating in relevant training.

Skill Requirements:
Technical
· Intermediate knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
o Intermediate expertise with SharePoint (on-premises and online) platform.
· Intermediate expertise in creating simple applications using SharePoint 2013/2016, SharePoint online and other web development technologies with basic expertise in HTML, XSLT, jQuery, Bootstrap and CSS3, Nintex workflows, zoomforth.
· Create web components, lists, libraries, content types, site columns, and control search navigation and permissions.
· Understanding and customizing simple applications with SharePoint Designer.
· Hands of experience on Nintex Forms and the ability to customize simple forms with Nintex.
· Intermediate knowledge of PowerApps/Flow development and how to use the platform.
· Knowledge of Nintex Workflow and the ability to construct very modest business automation.
· Intermediate knowledge of migration tools like Sharegate or Metalogix or SPMT for SharePoint data migration.
· Intermediate knowledge of unit testing, and packaging to deploy from DEV to PROD
· Basic to Intermediate knowledge on Azure DevOps and complete understanding of creating and managing user stories.
