Work you’ll do
• Perform extensive searches using online databases, the Internet, print materials, technical reports, scholarly journal articles, and original source material.
• Make logical associations across multiple research and workflow processes in order to reduce the amount of time required to attain proficiency with similar assigned duties.
• Format and ensures accuracy and consistency of data through careful execution of process.
• Identify and resolve issues with data quality by monitoring and profiling information to look for outliers using standard firm systems and tools.
• Gather external validation using third party databases and external sources.
• Work towards developing higher level of knowledge of the team’s different processes
• Self-train on supplemental skills for research and workflow methodologies through self-educational courses, publications, etc.
• Lead 6 - 12 resources and reports into Manager/ Executive Manager

Functional Expertise:
• Serve as a Point of Contact, showcasing comprehensive comprehension of all available data concerning clients, vendors, personnel, entities, and opportunities.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting intricate client requirements and furnishing user assistance.
• Oversee efforts to validate and enhance the firm's client master data, entailing the exploration, evaluation, and incorporation of supplementary information sources.
• Possess 8+ years of pertinent hands-on experience in Data Quality Management processes and procedures, encompassing the management of Client Data Profiling, monitoring, and quality control capabilities designed to elevate the confidence of leaders and practitioners in the data
• Demonstrate 8+ years of hands-on expertise in employing CDI methodologies to fashion, execute, and enhance the Client Data Hub
• Exhibit 8+ years of relevant practical experience in Client Segmentation techniques, involving the categorization and segmentation of clients using Market Refresh (Parent Client population, attributes, & hierarchy) and the process of refining GUP client industry classification
• Command expert knowledge of internal and external platforms and information sources (examples encompass Salesforce, MDM Informatica, SAP, D&B Hoovers, Compu stat, EDGAR, Merger Stat, etc.)
• Demonstrating a high level of skill in seamlessly navigating between normalized and multi-dimensional data models with comprehensive grasp of the data's intricacies, facilitating insightful analysis, reporting, and decision-making
• Innovate new ETL processes for assimilating external data into a shared storage platform.
• Possess 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture concepts such as Change Data Capture (CDC) techniques, data spanning various time horizons like Market offering framework, multiple dimensional hierarchies, geo coding clients, and more .
• Garner 8+ years of pertinent experience using BPI methodologies.
• to optimize utilization, boost workflow throughput, and enhance quality .
• Proficient in collecting intermediary client requisites, specific needs and preferences that fall between basic and advanced levels and contribute to the development of tailored solutions that align with their unique demands.
• Taking charge of end-to-end processes with seamless coordination with essential stakeholders and the effective resolution of data inquiries involving comprehensive understanding of the workflow
• Streamline and elevate the efficiency of data management, research, and workflow processes through Automation.
• Overseeing the well-being of multiple concurrent Processes ensuring the excellence of project deliverables by conducting in-depth root-cause analyses to address and resolve recurring issues. Take proactive measures to enhance project outcomes and maintain a standard of excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Business knowledge
• Lead Assistant Managers/Senior Analysts as team lead for processes.
• Decision making and impact: Take decisions independently, and have a strong hold on the team
• Identify/Develop training programs on process overviews to team members/business stakeholders based on the evolving requirements
• Have in depth understanding of the process roadmap priorities, ensure that the AMs have the same level of understanding and should be able to clarify any questions/concerns that they have independently
• Vigilant in recognizing and documenting instances where processes yield unforeseen results with a proactive approach to identifying anomalies and discrepancies. Play a pivotal role in maintaining process transparency and ensuring the proficiency of team members through accessible and updated training resources
• Thoroughly document QA processes involving an encompassing approach that includes investigating and meticulously documenting intricate data change requests, research and established quality standards
• Cultivate a profound mastery in one or multiple specialized domains, thus assuming role of a Subject Matter Expert (SME). As an SME, become a go-to resource for intricate queries, innovative solutions, and guidance
• Foster cross-training and mentor new team members on intricate data management, research, and workflow methodologies
• Build strong relationship with the technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of the processes
• Innovation, Creativity and problem solving: Collaborate with Managers and above and contribute to innovation and strategic assignments. Define the overall approach to work for AMs and act as a strategic thought leader
• Have a detailed understanding of process requirements, scope and design
• Lead and provide guidance to the virtual teams during change/ambiguity
• Support Manager with recruiting professionals based on business requirement and facilitate interview process
• Mentor and coach, the team members, have long term career conversations with them and recognize them to keep them motivated
• Handle the entire cycle of performance management - regular coaching sessions, due diligence, performance metrics and reviews, presentation of performance reviews and ability to influence stakeholders
• Process Management
• Complexity and independent judgement - Able to drive things independently with minimal supervision from the managers. Also should be able to handle complex issues and processes with ability to make their own judgement based on the data available
• Be a consultant to stakeholders – to advise on pros and cons of various processes, identify optimal strategies to meet business needs
• Ensure delivery of business SLAs/project timelines and conduct regular audits of the current processes and quality
• Identify new processes to be established or tweak the existing processes to manage ambiguity and streamline implementation
• Identify process enhancements opportunities towards improving efficiency and quality of deliverables
• Identify reporting requirements for periodic process performance related/team metrics reports in co-ordination with the Managers and stakeholders
• Identify cross teaming opportunities for the team and lead cross collaboration efforts
• Act as a trusted advisor on the process management best practices for Business stakeholders
• Take corrective and preventive measures on potential risks for the processes in terms of issues and resource challenges
• Collaborate with teams to finalize the deliverables and timelines while ensuring the same is acceptable to the requester /stakeholder
• Demonstrate in depth business understanding & awareness of critical elements associated with the various process life cycle stages
• Serve as the point of escalation for aligned customers & stakeholders
• Handle the entire process development cycle end to end
• Take the initiative to define business processes with the aim of eliminating ambiguity and optimizing implementation procedures involving a meticulous examination of existing workflows, identification of potential bottlenecks or unclear steps, and the formulation of clear, well-structured processes
• Take a proactive role in steering master data management Processes by spearheading the identification of project requirements, delineating their scope, and executing strategic plans. This responsibility entails a comprehensive understanding of the project's objectives and the intricacies of the data involved
• Cultivate stakeholder relationships to manage expectations and enrich/enhance the depth and value of service
• Demonstrate the ability to anticipate client needs by proactively identifying their requirements and offering customized solutions with a perceptive understanding of clients' goals, challenges, and preferences
• Effectively communicate program priorities, thereby enhancing stakeholders' comprehension of their expectations and conveying these insights to the delivery team. This involves distilling complex program objectives into clear, actionable directives that align with the overall organizational vision
• Maintain a steadfast commitment to enhancing the skills of team members by continuously seeking opportunities for growth. This involves actively identifying areas where additional knowledge and expertise can be beneficial, and collaborating with managers to develop comprehensive learning and training plans
Industry/Firm knowledge
• Demonstrate strong understanding of firm policies and risk management elements
• Ability to connect the dots and translate strategic priorities into executable action items
• Relationship Management
• Leadership and autonomy - Understand the objective of the projects and overall global approach and should be able to independently give guidance to others. Should be able to prioritize the work for AMs and then help AMs cascade it down to the larger team
• Coordinate and maintain internal and external communication with all stakeholders
• Regularly connect & build relationships with global stakeholders and counterparts to understand expectations & match delivery
Technical Expertise
• 8+ years on any of the below given platforms:
o Informatica 360 MDM platform
o Salesforce Platform
o SAP S4
• Advance knowledge and 8+ years of experience on Microsoft Office suite including MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint and MS Visio
• 5+ years relevant experience on SQL, including well-versed in writing queries and extracting data; VBA and other code.
• 5+ years hands-on experience of SharePoint other data visualization platforms
• Technology or Other Requirements:
o Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite
o Ability to write SQL statements.
