Manager, Global Brand Events and Risk Management
Deloitte is looking for a Manager to support the Global Risk and Brand Protection (GR&BP) team which plays a critical role in enhancing, preserving, and protecting the reputation of the Deloitte organization. Specifically, you will provide support and management for global quality & risk management projects, working with various stakeholders across the Deloitte network.

The team
This is an internal firm professional service position within that supports firms of the Deloitte organization. Global Risk & Brand Protection (GR&BP) in India play a critical role in enhancing, preserving, and protecting the reputation of the Deloitte organization. Specifically, GR&BP team members assist in ensuring compliance with firm policies and professional standards in the areas of auditor independence, regulatory compliance, and risk. Functions within GR&BP include Global Independence, Technology, Regulatory, Privacy, Risk and Ethics.
The ideal GR&BP candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic work environment. They must also be able to develop best practices, develop and consistently apply a base of knowledge to matters that arise, and identify innovative solutions for complex issues. Individuals within GR&BP interact/coordinate frequently with other members across the member firm’s Risk & Regulatory Affairs group to effectively serve Deloitte professionals.
Work you’ll do
In this interesting and diverse role, you will help coordinate, facilitate, monitor significant issues/matters that can have the potential to negatively impact the Deloitte brand. You will also be responsible for ongoing enhancements and improvements to existing processes, including updates to brand events frameworks and playbooks. In addition, you will provide support and management for quality & risk management projects, working across various key quality and risk stakeholders across the network.
Specific Responsibilities include the following:
Work closely with Deloitte Global Risk and Brand Protection Senior Managers and Directors to support, develop and make enhancements to new/existing global risk management programs
Develop tools, templates, guidance necessary to support the implementation of strategic risk initiatives and programs
Ongoing management and oversight of the Global Risk and Brand Protection internal websites
Managing content hosted in the group’s SharePoint and Salesforce platforms
Developing new program content; continually reviewing and analyzing the effectiveness of existing risk management processes, technology and tool and providing recommendations for enhancements
Preparing clear and compelling presentations for senior leadership
Provide support on other strategic projects and ad hoc projects.
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- MBA or any other masters degree in Accounting, Finance.
- 8-12 years of related work experience in risk management. Prior working experience in a professional services organization preferred.

- Quality-oriented, with robust organization, analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills; attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver under pressure and provide informed responses to leadership in short timeframes
- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
- Ability to work productively both independently and/or remotely in a virtual team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills and Sharepoint; prior experience with Salesforce preferred but not required.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift timing – 2.00 PM to 11.00 PM
