Senior Analyst, Global Alliances Marketing Analytics

We are looking for a self-starter with outstanding analytical and program management capabilities to work closely with our Alliances marketing team. The individual should have experience in structuring and analyzing large volume of data, generating key insights, and developing compelling reports and presentations to communicate those insights to the leadership. The individual should be creative and forward-thinking and must answer key business questions through analysis of both structured and unstructured data.

The team

Deloitte Global Alliances Marketing creates and coordinates high impact, global marketing campaigns to deliver on the alliance, business, and member firm marketing strategies to promote solutions/services, business, and industry insights, and create a unique client experience. These multifaceted marketing campaigns are designed to enhance Deloitte brand eminence, reaching a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including clients, media, government, non-government organizations, industry influencers, and the internal Deloitte network, jointly with our top alliance partners globally.

The Marketing Analyst role is responsible for gathering data analytics and providing insights to help alliance marketers evaluate campaign performance, make decisions, and track progress against KPIs.

Work you will do

· Structure and analyze client and market data to synthesize actionable insights and answer key business questions to inform marketing campaign strategy and enable decision-making

· Analyze large volume of data using a variety of techniques (example: data mining, statistical analysis) and dashboards and tools such as Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, MS Excel, Salesforce CRM, and other reporting technologies

· Develop impact reports that highlight results and ROI of marketing campaigns and other strategic initiatives

· Identify patterns across data and use an analytical approach to generate targeted insights, routine/periodic reports to summarize key data insights and financial results

· Create presentations that communicate complex data insights and analysis in a simple, easy-to-understand manner to assist in problem solving and decision-making

· Utilize project management skills to maintain project trackers (tasks, ownership, deliverables, and next steps)

· Help the marketing leadership in defining KPIs, benchmarks, and metrics for future campaigns based on past campaign performance reports

· Collaborate with team members to prioritize key activities, share key insights, and achieve project objectives

· Understand alliance marketing plans and campaigns and support campaign activation across markets and target segments

· Help develop and refine target segments and lists to enable alliance marketing efforts

· Support and execute partner-led or proprietary events and tradeshows, and leverage these programs across cross-functional marketing efforts

Qualifications

· 3 – 5 years of experience in creating insights from marketing data and marketing analytics

· Master’s degree in marketing, marketing analytics, business administration or MBA

· Strong computing, analytical, statistical, data visualization, and problem-solving skills

· Advanced MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word skills are critical

· Advanced skills in developing reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI and other CRM or reporting tools

· Strong focus on quality and data accuracy

· Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and multiple complex projects

· Strong understanding of marketing channels, content formats and marketing automation with the ability to measure channel effectiveness for marketing campaigns

· Must have a flair for learning new tools and technologies with an ability to juggle between multiple tools and technologies to create the most meaningful impact reports

· Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise sound business judgment

· Good verbal and written English communication skills

· Good interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate teams and the organization to find answers/resources to deliver projects

· Ability to work cohesively with global colleagues

· Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements

· Any graduation degree in marketing, technology, or commerce; Relevant Master’s degree from a reputed institute would be preferred
