Vice President – USI DT Global Cybersecurity Leader (Supporting APAC Delivery)

The Deloitte Global Cybersecurity function is responsible for the firm’s overall objectives of enhancing data protection, standardizing, and securing critical infrastructure and gaining cyber visibility through security operations centers. The Cybersecurity organization delivers a comprehensive set of cybersecurity services to Deloitte member firms through regional delivery hubs and a Global Fusion Center.
Key responsibilities include:
The role is responsible for management of USI based staff for the Deloitte Global CISO organization. The role is accountable for Delivery services from USI, driving a high performance & continuous improvement culture and developing Talent to cater to the continuously changing landscape.
Functionally responsible for the USI based staffing supporting the Global Practitioner Technology including Windows platform, Mac Platform, Mobile Platform, Device Compliance, Cloud Hosted VDI, Update Management, Application packaging, Advanced Threat Protection, and Admin Rights Management services as well as CoP’s for printing, practitioner asset management Support Experience, Windows User Experience and Linux.
The role anticipates customer needs and identifies opportunities for the development and implementation of new services and methods to meet customer needs.

Organizational Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight to the GCISO leadership and services teams to ensure adherence to both project deliverables and operational KPI’s are being met.
- Partner across the organization to ensure seamless service delivery where Infrastructure services are the dependent systems.
Project Responsibilities
- Execute projects to achieve the interim goals along the way to fulfillment of the vision.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver, maintain, and operate enterprise-wide solutions in coordination with the service leaders.
- Resolve issues, identify risks, and escalate, as necessary.
- Partner with the PMO to prepare overall project strategy, schedule, milestones, tasks, and estimates.
People Management Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection of a talented team.
- Manage and report staffing, resource allocation, goal setting and measurements.
- Effectively cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork among the staff
- Build and manage capabilities via integrated onshore and offshore teams.
Operational Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to continually improve process for Member Firms
- Create a team providing deep technical performance analysis capabilities to identify performance issues.
- Integrate security standards and processes into daily work to meet and sustain compliance with Deloitte secure practices.
Education & Experience
- Education: bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information security or related field.
- Years of Experience: overall 18+ years of experience with 10+ years in ITIL
Technical Skills
- Over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity in a large scale complex global organization
- Extensive experience defining overall strategy and innovation for a global organization
- Demonstrated ability balancing costs, risks, and schedule.
- Experience in Service Management in Cybersecurity or Information Technology, with project of implementation or reorganization of Service.
- Experience with management of similar team (>25 people)
Other Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years managing multiple teams
- Demonstrated ability to set and meet deadlines and manage related risks,
- Real sensitivity to cyber risks and crisis management
- Strong situational leadership instincts and abilities
- Ability to manage and work with culturally and geographically diverse populations
- Ability to lead and drive virtual teams
