Learning Platform Management - Analyst
At Global Talent Operations – Platform management team is business owner of all the learning platforms (Saba Cloud, Cura, DVC (Centra), MTM). We provide level 2 support to all professionals across Deloitte globally, managing releases and change management for the learning platforms.
Work you’ll do
As an Analyst you will be part of and contribute on projects that are executed helping you grow as an SME on the Learning platforms and provides you exposure to Global clients, and helps you build your skillset in Project Co-ordination & Management.
- Support functional and operational activities for all Learning applications owned by GTO
- Take full ownership in driving the support tickets to resolution by adhering to SLA and quality standards
- Educating and building awareness among the clients on various new functionalities in Saba Cloud and Cura
- Participate in upgrades/projects related to Saba Cloud Learning Management System, Cura and other Learning technologies by developing solution/business analysis documents
- Validate and provide demo for the solution identified for the project items
- Development of Test Specifications / traceability matrix /test scripts covering majority of the requirements
- Ensure proper ‘Defect Management’ and address maximum number of the defects within the stipulated timeline
- Work closely with other team members and cross functional teams both in India and US
- Identify and document new processes as they relate to the quality function
- Contribute to process improvement of existing processes
- You will be involved in performing UAT for new features, updates & changes from time to time
- You will be involved in projects for new implementations, upgrades of learning applications
- You will be the subject matter expert for learning platform management processes and activities
- Responsible for Learning applications administration support

Qualifications
Required:
- Knowledge on Learning Management Systems and Curation platform, preferably LMS e.g. Saba Cloud, Sum Total, Cornerstone OnDemand, EdCast, Degreed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (must be an effective communicator)
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact with global customers
- Outstanding analytical and troubleshooting ability
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft office suite
- Following of procedures and detail-oriented documentation
- Highly organized and customer focused
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact well with multiple departments globally
- Experience with help desk operations and system support procedures a plus
- Ability to prioritize time, as well as work on multiple tasks with ongoing deadlines
Preferred:
- Preferred previous experience 2-4 years.
- Foundational knowledge of project management or release management would be an advantage
- Experience in performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
