Global Tax & Legal Clients & Industries (GTL C&I)
The Global Tax & Legal Clients & Industries team (aka Growth team) imparts services across the global tax & legal network within Deloitte by building consistent structures and processes, and by providing guidance to the broader tax & legal network to achieve borderless tax & legal client service. We provide the global network of Tax & Legal C&I organizations with globally consistent client development best-practices and supporting tools and resources for our Global Lead Tax Partners (GLTPs) and their teams. We support revenue growth by working directly with GLTPs and teams to create and implement client growth and development strategies on strategic accounts. Our involvement helps Global Tax and Legal leaders grow the Deloitte footprint across geographies and through multiple service lines with their clients.
Global Tax & Legal Clients & Industries - Analyst Role Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with strong analytical and communications skills with a proactive approach in sharing ideas and providing insights to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As an Analyst, you will work with the GTL C&I team on a wide range of services including project management support for the conferences/lab summits, rolling out monthly newsletters, alerts, bulletins, conducting webcast/webinars, analysis and insights on various reports, projects that support strategic targeting efforts and client programs. In this role, you create an impact over Deloitte Professionals globally with your project and program management skills and analytical approach and effective communications skills, high-visibility reports and deliverables to help teams with their short-term or long-term strategies. With your guidance, stakeholders can optimize their strategy and focus on strengthening client relationships and meeting each client’s unique needs.
What you’ll do
· Develop business solutions that help leadership and stakeholders in setting direction for T&L business/revenue growth.
· Get accustomed with all the C&I Strategic Initiatives and assist stakeholders on the assigned initiatives.
· Track deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the Program process.
· Prepare deliverables including agenda, presentation deck, facilitator materials, team summaries and
attendance records.
· Schedule and track all calls related to the Lab Summits including account team prep calls, post-Lab
reporting calls, and weekly planning calls.
· Balance multiple lab schedules, communicating open items, deadlines and priorities to the internal team.
· Prepare project dashboard and updates frequently to reflect changing deadlines and resources
· Assist Stakeholders with an end-to-end support in organizing internal webcasts and webinars.
· Prepare research reports to provide insights and information to internal and client-facing teams
· Draft impactful communication templates for internal broadcasting messages.
· Share ideas to refresh content on internal digital platform - Deloitte Resources, for GTL C&I websites.
· Adopt consultative mindset to identify specific client needs and interact with teams across member firms within Deloitte.
· Work with globally diverse stakeholders across various time zones, interact to gather project requirements and deliver mutually agreed projects within stipulated timeline
· Work on Ad-hoc projects and share ideas to further enhance the process.
· Share your perspective and engage in discussions with the team, leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications

Technical Requirements:
· Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate/MBA degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, Commerce, Marketing or similar discipline.
· Experience: Total: 1 - 2 years
Ø Solid understanding of program management principles
Ø Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
Ø Mastery in Microsoft office packages, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V-look up and H-look up).
Ø Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and presentation skills.
Good to have one or more of the following:
Ø Experience in secondary research
Ø Understanding of research databases including Capital IQ, Factiva, Hoovers.
