Analyst, Global Audit & Assurance Learning-Infrastructure Team – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Reports to: Global Audit & Assurance Learning – USI Team Leader
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for ongoing Global Audit & Assurance Learning (GAAL) support in different key areas. This position is primarily responsible for ongoing Global Audit & Assurance Learning (GAAL) graphic design support. Resource will assist team in accomplishing goals with a focus on tasks that will vary, including:
Graphic Design
- Creating and creative editing of the PowerPoint presentations
- Illustration creating and editing
- Photo editing
- User interface creating
- Video shots combining and editing
- Providing support to the team for various tasks and activities including Digitization, Learning Modernization, or other ad hoc requests as needed
- Providing support to the GAAL team, Infrastructure team for various tasks and activities like documentation, platform management, operational support, or other ad hoc requests as needed
· Video editing, character animation, web design development
General
Work location: Hyderabad
Shift timing: 11:00AM – 8:00PM
Qualifications
1. Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
2. Necessary prior experience: 1 -3 years of relevant work experience.
3. At a minimum, the successful candidate must possess following skillsets:
· Technical Skills –
o Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Audition)
o Good knowledge of Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word) with the ability to create high-quality design and content rich deliverables
o Basic principles of graphic and web design, composition, user experience and interface requirements, and accessibility standards
o Experience with global brands, developing brand books
o Active interest in learning the new graphic ceding programs and techniques
o Working knowledge and active interest in digital learning content development technologies like Brainshark, Storyline
· Soft Skills -
o Able to work independently and remotely from line management, operating proactively with limited day to day supervision
o Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multiple-projects environment
o Ability to think both strategically and tactically for business programs and projects supported
o Flexibility – prepared to adapt to new and different roles and responsibilities
o Able to manage multiple tasks and projects and to prioritize effectively and work under stringent deadlines
o Demonstrating active interest in, and comfortable with technology and systems and the desire to increase this skill set through experiential learning
o A ‘consulting mindset’ and ‘customer service’ orientation coupled with the ability to work under tight time constraints
o Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (including reading, writing, comprehension, and verbal communication) with an ability to clearly articulate ideas and present concepts convincingly
o Good social skills and ability to build rapport with internal clients at all levels, and of different cultures
o Flexible to work across time zones
o Commitment to the job and to self-development
o Team player with the ability to work with colleagues virtually
o Ability to lead and collaborate with team members, and manage across teams to effectively work within a global and virtual environment
