Analyst, Global Audit & Assurance Learning-Infrastructure Team – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Reports to: Global Audit & Assurance Learning – USI Team Leader
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for ongoing Global Audit & Assurance Learning (GAAL) support in different key areas. This position is primarily responsible for ongoing Global Audit & Assurance Learning (GAAL) Curriculum support, Editorial & Production and Digitization support. Resource will assist teams in accomplishing goals with a focus on tasks that will vary, including:
Editorial & Production and Curriculum support
- Preparation of learning materials for release and distribution to the Deloitte member firms, including editorial review for accuracy and correctness grammatically, adherence to the Deloitte language style and Brand guidelines, compliance with legal language directives, and formatting of materials to maintain a consistent product
- Maintaining the SharePoint site used for the development process and delivery of the materials
- Maintaining GAAL systems (like DOWS -internal database) and providing Curriculum support including maintenance of curriculum chart etc.
- Updating the Deloitte Resources portals used for delivery of live milestone programs; archiving of materials for historic purposes
- Creating and updating templates for development of materials, providing support in template usage
- Maintaining learning videos, data storage and maintenance
Digitization support
· Provide support in digitizing GAAL learning content for e-learnings
General
· Providing support to the team for various tasks and activities including Program Management & Reporting support, or other ad hoc requests as needed
Work location: Hyderabad
Shift timing: 11:00AM – 8:00PM
Qualifications
1. Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
2. Necessary prior experience: 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
3. At a minimum, the successful candidate must possess following skillsets:
· Technical Skills –
o Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) with the ability to create high-quality design and content rich deliverables
o Additionally, able to handle, manipulate, analyze, summarize, and report on data using relevant technologies
· Soft Skills -
· Demonstrating active interest in, and comfortable with technology and systems and the desire to increase this skill set through experiential learning
· A ‘consulting mindset’ and ‘customer service’ orientation coupled with the ability to work under tight time constraints
· Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (including reading, writing, comprehension, and verbal communication) with an ability to clearly articulate ideas and present concepts convincingly
· Able to manage multiple tasks and projects and to prioritize effectively and work under stringent deadlines, with a strong attention to details
· Able to work independently and remotely from line management, operating proactively with limited day to day supervision
· Flexibility – prepared to adapt working schedule to accommodate virtual team’s needs and willing to work overtime as needs dictate
· Good social skills and ability to build rapport with internal clients at all levels, and of different cultures
· Commitment to the job and to self-development
· Team player with the ability to work with colleagues virtually
· Experience of working within a global, virtual team environment
