Contingent Workforce Services (CWS) Associate Analyst / Analyst - USI

The Contingent Staffing Solutions (CSS) Onboarding and Compliance team ensures that contractor resources are onboarded, maintained and off boarded to meet Deloitte system and compliance requirements.

Purpose of the Position:

The Analyst supports the onboarding and off-boarding activities for contractor resources and the systems access maintenance throughout the contractor life cycle.

Specific Functions

  1. Submitting Onboarding requests to US National Contractor Onboarding team in Service Now and ensure contractors are onboarded on time into the system with required system and access requirements.

  1. Ensuring contractor access requirements are met throughout their life cycle at Deloitte by working with the CWS Sub-Contractor Administrators (SCA), US National Contractor Onboarding team and other technical teams involved.

  1. Working with various stake holders involved in the process in developing and enhancing the processes that can better serve the requirements of Deloitte and its clients.

  1. Supporting the offboarding process by working with CWS SCAs, National Contractor onboarding and Asset Management Teams.

5.       Ensuring contractors are compliant in meeting Deloitte system security requirements by working with Deloitte compliance team and the contractor suppliers.

  1. Perform administrative tasks and other tasks as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Any graduate with minimum of 1-2 years-experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer.

  1. Strong prioritization skills, including the ability to balance multiple high priority tasks and re-prioritize as needed during the workday.  Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail. 

  1. Ability to work successfully in a team environment and make significant contributions toward achieving team goals and objectives.

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Skills:  

1.       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT
