GDAS – Intelligent Automation and advanced AI Manager

Summary

At GDAS, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Intelligent Automation (IA) and advanced AI Application Assistant Manager to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying RPA/IA advanced Generative AI solutions, leveraging state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning principles. The ideal candidate will have experience in building agentic workflows, delivering enterprise-level IA, and creating innovative AI solutions.

Role Overview

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop and deploy complex Intelligent automation using UiPath, AI/ML, Agentic Automation processes
  • Utilize Vector/Graph Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Neo4j) and their use in semantic search, including advanced techniques like Hybrid Search, MMR, or LLM reranking to build robust and scalable AI systems.
  • Work with large datasets and apply advanced data processing techniques.
  • Leverage natural language processing (NLP) for text generation projects, including techniques for text parsing, sentiment analysis, and the use of transformers like GPT for various world applications.
  • Implement computer vision solutions for building and deploying AI automations in real-world applications.
  • Direct leadership of small to medium sized team including onboarding, performance management, coaching and feedback conversations

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Advanced expertise of chatbot, RPA, IA/IP domains, and related technologies (UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, CoPilot).
  • Strong understanding and application of machine learning and deep learning principles.
  • Experience in building agentic workflows and delivering enterprise-level automation and AI solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Vector/Graph Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Neo4j) and their use in semantic search
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills for complex AI problems.
  • Ability to guide and coach team members towards high performance

Good to Have:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using advanced LLMs such as OpenAI API, Open Source LLMs (Llama2, Mistral, Mixtral), and frameworks like Langchain and Haystack.
  • Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations.

Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skill Set:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in GenAI/AI/ML and Python programming with a solid understanding of software engineering principles.
  • AI/ML and Gen AI Technologies: OpenAI API, Open Source LLMs (Llama2, Mistral, Mixtral), and frameworks like Langchain and Haystack.
  • Frontend Technologies: Angular 16, Bootstrap 5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
  • Backend Technologies: .NET 8, ASP.NET Web API, Azure API Management, Python APIs/Functions.
  • Databases: SQL Databases, NoSQL Databases, Cosmos DB, SQL Tables
  • Business Services/Domain Knowledge: Integration with various enterprise systems, managing large datasets, and data processing techniques.
  • Auditing: Understanding of compliance and security auditing within enterprise systems.

  • Ability to think analytically, solve problems and document solutions.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
  • Work on multiple tasks in parallel while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Candidate must be process-oriented with sound judgment, demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to perform and deliver in an ever-changing work environment.
