Overview of the role
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team. We are seeking a person with at least 6+ years of experience, who will work closely with Global Methods and Tools Enablement Lead, alongside colleagues from across the globe, to support leadership in methods & tools deployment (including rollout of delivery platforms), training, enablement, operations, and advisory support to strategic initiatives.
Work you’ll do
The professional will work with colleagues and senior leaders in India and across Global Consulting Services. The professional will need to develop a knowledge of the firm’s Consulting Services business, strategic priorities to enable sharing of insights, trends and escalation of issues/variances as appropriate. They will drive the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, synthesize outcomes, demonstrate strong analytical and business writing skills, offer team guidance including project reviews, and develop impactful narratives with recommendations based on research and analysis. The team’s projects are typically high-impact and high-visibility aligned to the Global firm and Consulting Services leadership’s strategic priorities. Projects often involve collaboration across workstreams to ensure coordination and alignment.
Key responsibilities
- · Support the EMEA rollout of the delivery platform (initially focusing on SAP and Oracle) by assisting with the implementation of change management strategies designed to drive adoption and engagement.
- · Contribute to the development and delivery of engaging awareness sessions for senior stakeholders, articulating the value proposition of the delivery platform and supporting efforts to secure buy-in.
- · Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication, actively participating in collaborative efforts, and advocating for enablement needs.
- · Support the design and delivery of "train-the-trainer" programs, contributing to the growth of internal expertise and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- · Develop expertise in the delivery platform, providing guidance, training, and technical support to team members as needed.
- · Gather and synthesize feedback from senior stakeholders on the delivery platform, working closely with the product team to incorporate these insights into the release planning process.
- · Thrive in a fast-paced global team environment, leveraging strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
- · Demonstrate solid project management skills, taking ownership of a core project from start to finish, and seamlessly support and switch to different workstreams as required
- · Support senior executives in developing executive level documents (PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports etc.) for senior leadership utilizing story boarding skills
- · Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to execute requirements, and provide suggestions/automations to enhance deliverables
- · Planning and execution of meetings, including drafting agenda, organizing online and offline meetings and document MoM for follow up and accountability.
- · Support operational needs of the team, including driving recurring projects independently, organizing project documents and source file on shared drive, and providing guidance and reviewing work of junior team members.
Requisite core skills
- · Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse information, draw insights from data, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance platform performance.
- · Project Management: Solid understanding of Agile principles and project management methodologies, with practical experience of contributing to delivering programmes.
- · Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively with virtual teams, communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.
- · Change Management: Experience supporting technology adoption initiatives by assisting with change management activities, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to smooth implementation across teams.
- · Coaching & Training: Demonstrated ability to co-develop and deliver engaging training programs on the delivery platform and related methodologies/tools, working closely with Member Firm coaches and project teams to enhance skills and drive adoption.
- · Platform Enablement: Demonstrated interest in and aptitude for driving the adoption of complex delivery platforms, ideally with some exposure to delivery or similar technologies.
- · Proactive, self-motivated, ability to work independently with minimal guidance and manage multiple projects
- · Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives
- · Strong core consulting skills – i.e. research, financial analysis, business writing, including logical data structuring and proficiency in storyboarding techniques to derive meaningful insights
- · Strong stakeholder management skills, including ability to develop a network among primary stakeholders across the thread/team. Adept at building consensus and taking stakeholders’ perspective into account while forging and maintaining relationships.
- · Experienced in collaborating effectively across team and career levels, including virtual team environment
- · Highly developed personal and professional ethics are expected
- · Must possess the ability to handle highest level of confidential information
Added Advantage:
- · Familiarity with delivery methodologies like waterfall, agile etc. and delivery platforms.
- · Experience using project management tools like JIRA, PMC, Octane, Smartsheet on engagements
- Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
- · Experience with using and setting up testing tools like ALM
- · Experience with estimating project effort and resource requirements
- · Professional certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing
- · Academic qualification: BE, B. Tech, Master’s Degree like MBA
- · Work experience: At least 6 years
- · Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with client delivery experience in in consulting firms, exposure to agile and/or waterfall delivery
