The Offerings & Assets team advances the Firm's strategy by focusing on key initiatives and collaborating with other GCS pillar teams to expedite strategic projects. They streamline platform operations, create new operating models, and ensure seamless platform integration. Deloitte's asset-enabled offerings are technology-driven solutions designed to address clients' business challenges and unlock future opportunities innovatively.
Overview of the role
The professional will act as a strategic enabler and advisor to Global Consulting Services Asset Program Leaders, driving executive decision making. They will enable global leaders to make strategic decisions that translates into marketplace impact and growth. The professional will help accelerate execution of our Global Consulting Services Asset Program strategic agenda by delivering high impact strategic projects, simplifying, and streamlining operations (reporting, PMO activities etc.), creating compelling and transparent leadership communications to solve the most complex challenges in exponentially powerful ways.
Work you’ll do
The professional will work with the colleagues and senior leaders across the Global Consulting Services practice. The professional will need to develop a knowledge of the firm’s Consulting Services business. They will demonstrate strong analytical and business writing skills. The team’s projects are typically high-impact and high-visibility, aligned to the global firm and Consulting Services leadership’s strategic priorities. Projects often involve collaboration across workstreams to ensure coordination and alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Program Planning
- · Maintain a master program calendar, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- · Proactively identify and communicate upcoming conference calls, ensuring team preparedness.
- · Manage deliverable submissions, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder alignment.
- · Create high-quality, visually appealing presentations for leadership meetings.
- · Provide leadership meeting support, capturing takeaways, and managing action items.
- · Own and manage special projects related to global consulting services asset strategies and priorities.
- · Demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Program Budget Management & Operationalization
- · Develop and manage the program budget, tracking expenditures and forecasting needs.
- · Ensure budget compliance, utilizing Deloitte Global contracting methods for asset teams.
- · Oversee program procurement, managing budget teams, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance.
- · Implement and maintain program management tools and processes for efficient reporting, tracking progress, performance metrics, recommending optimization strategies.
- · Develop financial and reporting dashboards and trackers to share insights with the network leaders.
Program Team Call Preparation and Facilitation
- · Develop agendas and coordinate content for program team calls, aligning with objectives.
- · Prepare and distribute meeting materials in advance (presentations, reports, pre-reads).
- · Facilitate effective team meetings, encouraging participation, managing time, and driving outcomes.
- · Document meeting minutes and track action items, ensuring accountability and follow-up.
- · Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
Program Communications (Internal & External)
- · Shape and implement program communication plan for internal and external stakeholders.
- · Create engaging and informative content (announcements, informative blurbs, newsletters, presentations, etc.).
- · Manage program branding and messaging, ensuring consistency with Deloitte guidelines.
- · Proactively communicate program updates, successes, achievements, spotlight key topics, cross-program collaborations, etc.
- · Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders withing GCS Program through communication.
- · Support the creation of compelling content for publishing (client stories, win stories, news articles, announcements, etc.).
- · Manage GCS Asset Program DR site, D.Com presence, social media, etc.
- · Provide leadership and ad-hoc support for strategic marketing and communication projects.
Requisite core skills
- · Proactive, self-motivated, ability to work independently with minimal guidance and manage multiple projects.
- · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- · Demonstrate strong skills in managing up.
- · Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high impact initiatives.
- · Strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills, and experience communicating to, and working with, virtual teams, and senior leadership.
· Ability to build and maintain network across key leadership and SME groups, including Enabling Functions, asset teams, and geographies.
· Experience aligning decisions and facilitating leadership discussions across the Deloitte network
· Proven experience executing strategic initiatives across industries and/or offerings
· Technology literacy
· Ability to anticipate and drive mitigation around program risks
- · Added advantage: Knowledge and previous experience in innovation, strategy & operations, transformational roles
Preferred/Optional skills
· Demonstrate knowledge and previous experience as a Product Lead/Manager
· Exhibit familiarity with the Deloitte organization and proven ability to navigate and coordinate across networks, especially across geographies, industries, and/or offerings.
Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team.
- · Academic qualification: Master’s Degree like MBA
- · Work experience: 6+ years of relevant experience
- · Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with consulting firms or corporate strategy
- · Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Gurugram/Mumbai
- · Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM and 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM (expected to be flexible with time zones)
- · Working from office: The individual is expected to come to office at least 2 days a week as per the ‘work from office’ schedule.
