ELE Apprentice Compliance Analyst

Your responsibilities will include: 

 

o   Managing the End-to-End apprentice program/ process running within the organization. Ensuring that all the apprentice related requirements are completed as per the Act and other applicable guidelines.   

o   This role requires to manage all the apprentice registration formalities with 100% accuracy. This role demands to exhibit ownership and support the onboarded candidate to complete apprentice registration and avail the enrollments numbers. This role would also need to coordinate with the candidates at multiple stages including at the time of Apprentice Contract creation.

o   This role requires to report in the NATS portal on day to basis as per state guidelines. Need to maintain internal tracker and records of status update etc of the professional with 100% accuracy. Role would need to regularly monitor the status and changes on the Nats dashboard and accordingly closing the same case to case basis

o   Need to coordinate with multiple stake holders like Talent Acquisition, BAs, ELE (Onboarding/leaves/ Separation) Payroll, PM, EA etc. pertaining to the Apprentice reporting and other requirements. Role may need to coordinate with authorities on multiple occasion during the time of Apprentice registration/enrollment, separation, claim and reporting.

o   This role demands tracking and reporting skill as per Apprentice guideline and updating the leadership on day-to-day activities related to Apprentice status. 

o   For claim process, All the records getting processed through payroll need to be viewed under hyper care as per applicable period. 

o   Need to understand all the module available in the NATS portal along with applicable Acts and compliance requirements. To be tracked and updated with the changes amendments as and when notified by NATS

o   Performs other related job duties as assigned   

 

The team 

The ELE team supports the US and USI professionals and works with Business in a variety of core activities. Our ELE professionals manage end-to-end activities for a candidate during his/her employee life event. Our team adheres to established firm standards for quality, service, and delivery, i.e., delivering regular reports within time, checking workflow to ensure timely delivery, etc. The team also manages all the Statutory/legal compliance as applicable to the organization.

 

Qualifications 

Required 

·       Graduate/ MBA with 3 to 5 years of work experience in HR 

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

·       Should have exposure to interaction with clients/stakeholders 

·       Proficient use of Microsoft Office 

·       Strong/Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills 

·       Ability to communicate & coordinate with all levels within the firm 

·       Initiative and self-direction; works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring      judgment in resolving issues  

·       Excellent client service skills, organizational skills, prioritizing, and multi-tasking abilities 

·       Ability to adapt to a changing environment and to approach challenges with creativity and resourcefulness 

·       Prioritizes and independently executes responsibilities 

·       Ability to work with minimal instruction 

·       High degree of professionalism, integrity and ability to work in a highly confidential environment 

·       Experience in a large or matrix driven corporation with overseas or outsourced operations 

·       Ability to manage complex projects with virtual teams 

·       Creative problem-solving skills 

    • Implement and enforces high standards for quality deliverables
    •  Assists with internal quality assurance/compliance reviews
    •  Ensure that every candidate has the Deloitte candidate experience and continuously thrive to enhance it.

 Preferred 

·                Exposure to interaction internal & external stakeholders

·                Experience in working on cloud-based applications related to human resource management 

·                Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); macro knowledge is a additional asset.
