Analyst – Employee Lifecycle Events (ELE) Pre-boarding(OBA CA)

Your responsibilities will include:
As an ELE professional, you will collaborate with different teams and act as a talent advisor. Not only will you work independently, but you’ll also collaborate and work with virtual teams. Onboarding team primarily acts as the ‘face of the ELE’ with the internal as well as the external stakeholders.
• Partner closely with the BA / CoE team and other internal clients in handling Onboarding related issues.
• Manage different processes like Prehire onboarding, background verifications, joining formalities, etc and work on different tools such as HR Online and Prehire Talent on Demand (TOD).
• Collaborate with US and USI teams to understand talent priorities and help in prioritization and implementation of projects
• Implement and enforces high standards for quality deliverables
• Assists with internal quality assurance/compliance reviews
• Ensure that every candidate has the Deloitte candidate experience and continuously thrive to enhance it.
The team
The ELE team supports the US and USI Talent Acquisition professionals in a variety of core activities. Our ELE professionals manage end-to-end activities for a candidate from application management until the candidate’s onboarding. Our team adheres to established firm standards for quality, service, and delivery, i.e., delivering regular reports within time, checking workflow to ensure timely delivery, etc. The team provides a wide array of services to the US and India professionals, and is continually evaluating and expanding its portfolio.
Qualifications
Required
· Graduate 6 months to 2 years of work experience in HR
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Should have exposure to interaction with International clients/stakeholders
· Proficient use of Microsoft Office
· Ability to communicate & coordinate with all levels within the firm
· Strong/Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
· Ability to manage critical tasks and assignments
· Outstanding client service, problem-solving, teamwork, and knowledge-sharing skills
· Initiative and self-direction; works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues
· Excellent client service skills, organizational skills, prioritizing, and multi-tasking abilities
· Ability to adapt to a changing environment and to approach challenges with creativity and resourcefulness
· Prioritizes and independently executes responsibilities
· Ability to work with minimal instruction
· High degree of professionalism, integrity and ability to work in a highly confidential environment
· Experience in a large or matrix driven corporation with overseas or outsourced operations
· Ability to manage complex projects by working with virtual teams
Preferred
· Graduation (Any Graduate)
· Professional qualification Preferred
· Exposure to interaction with US stakeholders & external vendors
· Experience in working on cloud-based applications related to human resource management
· Experience working in HRSS department of a multinational company
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); macro knowledge is an additional asset.
