Work you’ll do As an ELE professional, you will collaborate with different teams and act as a talent advisor. Not only will you work independently, but you’ll also collaborate and work with virtual teams. Your other responsibilities will include:
•Primarily act as the 'face of the ELE’ with the internal as well as the external clients.
•Manage Compensation and Benefits, including Rewards and Recognition for both India and United States.
•Administer all leaves of absence, including medical, FMLA, STD, LTD, military, and unpaid personal leaves.
•Responsible for day-to-day administration of all employee leave requests.
•Notify eligible employees of long-term disability application process in a timely manner.
•Administer processes and transactions related to retirement plans, such as confirming vested status inprofit-sharing plan, performing monthly pension payment processing (e.g., lump-sum and annuity distributions),and generating monthly and ad hoc letter communications, including retirement packages.
•Administer expense reimbursement processes and transactions related to tuition assistance, emergency backupday care, and adoption programs and programs related to wellness.
•Provide assistance with administration of workers’ compensation claims.
•Approve R&R awards on the basis of FSS/service area-specific guidelines.
•Ensure the awards are processed accurately as per the instructions from the business advisors/interim approvers
•Administer and Support Partner Earnings and Payment System for Unit Allocation process.
•Manage DeloitteNet content on the US Benefits process and process vendor invoices.
The team
The Employee Life-Cycle Events (ELE) team supports the US and USI Talent Acquisition Professionals in a variety of core activities. Our ELE professionals manage end-to-end activities for a candidate from application management until the candidate’s onboarding. Our team adheres to established firm standards for quality, service, and delivery, i.e., delivering regular reports within time, checking workflow to ensure timely delivery, etc. The team provides a wide array of services to the US and India professionals, and is continually evaluating and expanding its portfolio.
Qualifications
Required
•6 months - 1 Year of experience in HR
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Effective interpersonal and communication skills
•Leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
•Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
•Experience working independently on multiple assignments or engagements
Preferred
•Experience in working on cloud-based applications like SAP HR, Taleo, Success Factor, or other applications in HR/Talent
•Experience working in HRSS department of a multinational company
•Relevant experience in business process reengineering, work body transitions, and quality controls
