ELE Data Management -Reporting & Auditing - Analyst

Work you will do

As an ELE Data Management professional, you will support the administration of Talent activities of employees. Not only will you work independently, but you’ll also collaborate and work with virtual teams. Your other responsibilities will include:

• Processing employee data transactions in Success Factors
• Performing ongoing validation, reconciliation and audit of employee data and data management processes, implementing data governance framework.
• Responsible for day-to-day administration of all Data change or correction requests.
• Partner closely with various teams and other internal clients in handling employee related issues.
• Maintain high level of accuracy on all transactions/reporting/Analysis
• Create and append process SOP’s

The Team
The Employee Life-Cycle Events (ELE) Data Management team supports the US & USI Talent and professionals in a variety of core activities. Our team manages end-to-end activities for Data management. Our team adheres to established firm standards for quality, service, and delivery, i.e., delivering regular reports within time, data quality & corrections, checking workflow to ensure timely delivery, etc. The team provides a wide array of services to the US and India professionals and is constantly evaluating and expanding its portfolio.

Qualifications Required
• 2-4 Years of experience in HR
• MBA HR or graduates with prior experience in Talent or related business processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment

Preferred
• Experience in working on cloud-based applications like SAP HR, HCM, Success Factor or other applications in HR/Talent
• Experience working in HRSS department of a multinational company
• Relevant experience in business process reengineering, quality controls

Skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal traits including confidence, responsiveness, flexibility
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Deep understanding of HR technology, systems, HR data and reporting
• Experience in some type of data management and analytical role
• Strong business acumen (understanding of employee data in HR processes)
