Sr. Analyst – ECMS Azure Cloud Ops – Deloitte Support Services India Pvt. Ltd.
Role Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy Azure services, ensuring compliance with best practices for security, scalability, and availability.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Configure Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, App Services, Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Storage Accounts, etc.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to provide visibility into application, infrastructure performance, security, reliability and cost.
- Manage identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID and Role-Based Access Control(RBAC).
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and audits to identify and remediate vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
- Automate routine tasks and workflows using Azure Automation and develop Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Strong understanding of cost management to ensure budget control and resource optimization.
- Capable of implementing guardrails for security, governance and compliance.
- Provide technical support for cloud-based applications and infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and availability issues. This includes Windows and Linux VM support.
- Hands-on experience in integrating cloud platforms with other cloud-based systems, ensuring data consistency and availability.
- Participate in assessments and audits of existing Azure deployments to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Ensure operational activities are completed within the required SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support tailored Azure solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including technical guides and operational procedures.
- Stay updated on emerging Azure services and technologies, integrating them where applicable.
- Use DevOps practices, including Github for version control, to manage cloud.
Team
Azure CMS team closely works with Cloud - application teams in onboarding their applications, providing guidance in infrastructure setup, cost saving opportunities. We implement Layer 1 policies and automations to secure cloud resources. You will be part of our technology organization and have a great opportunity to collaborate with various parts of Deloitte, including our Reliability teams, development teams, different infrastructure teams and other stakeholders working on different Azure services.
Required Education, Qualifications, and Experience Settings:
· B.E, B.Tech, M.C.A, M.Sc. with 3-5 years of relevant experience with Microsoft Azure, including architecture, configuration, and management.
· Scripting Skill in one or more of PowerShell, Bash/Shell, JavaScript, or Python
· Familiarity with Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, Azure Storage, Azure Policy, AKS, Azure Databases, Azure Network etc
· Able to understand DevOps CI/CD pipeline and troubleshooting DB related issues.
· Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) such as ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
· Strong experience with PowerShell Scripting.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems, RedHat Linux and VMware
· Relevant active Azure certifications, such as Azure Administrator Associate (AZ – 104), Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ – 400), are preferred.
· Full stack development experience is an advantage.
· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
