Generative AI & Data Science (Machine Learning Scientist)

The team supports this vision by leveraging (GEN AI & cloud) technology to create innovative solutions that differentiate us from competition through increased efficiency and an end-to-end globally consistent digital experience.

Requirement: 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field
  • Overall 10 to 15 years experience with 5+ years in experience in data science
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills for conveying complex data insights
  • Passion for the whole GEN AI and data scientist concepts
  • Result driven, able to work against deadlines
  • Capable of working in a dynamic project environment
  • Able to work independently as well as in team
  • Willing to learn and apply new technologies and best practices
  • Fluent in English

Technology skills

  • Deep Learning and Generative Models: Proficiency in model training, hyperparameter tuning, and deployment strategies.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and understanding of generative models (e.g., GPT, GANs, VAEs).
  • Data structures, data modeling and software architecture
  • Applied knowledge of math: probability, statistics, linear algebra, matrix algebra, statistics, probability and high-school calculus
  • Programming: Strong skills in Python.
  • Data Analytics: Experience with platforms like Databricks for collaborative data science.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with DevOps for model deployment without needing deep expertise in container technologies.
