What You’ll Do
In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs and materials that enhance the skills and performance of individuals and teams within the organization. This role involves analyzing training needs, creating instructional materials, and facilitating training sessions to ensure that impacted individuals are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to meet business objectives:
Specific responsibilities and duties:
Training Leadership:
· Leads the SWIFT global training workstream in GF, equipping both current subscribers and onboarding geographies with the training resources and tools they need for success.
· Manages and expands the global training library and learning programs to account for SWIFT functionality enhancements and strategic innovations
· Manages and mentors training support staff, partnering with them to conduct regular performance reviews and give feedback towards the career development.
· Supports communication streams to geographies for global enhancements and releases.
Training Development:
· Manages the updates of training materials development based on SWIFT’s monthly release bundles and global template functionality projects based on GFS/SWIFT annual roadmap.
· Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including instructional materials, manuals, and e-learning modules, tailored to the needs of the project/intiative.
· Ensure GFS/SWIFT standards for training development is understood and adhered to.
Documentation:
· Maintain records of training templates, activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.
· Manages training content on SWIFT training TEAMs SharePoint site and ensure latest version of the all training content is posted on the GFS/SWIFT intelliHUB.
Collaboration:
· Partners with process owners within GFS Global Process Ownership team, GFS Shared Operations and local geography change/training teams consistently to deliver quality training work products that accelerates local change readiness activities.
· Cultivates relationships with S4 technical teams (STT) and other GFS/DTTL teams as needed to understand training impacts of SWIFT enhancements and functionality projects.
Facilitation:
· Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
· Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development and incorporate innovative, cutting-edge approaches into GFS/SWIFT training programs.
· Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Location: USI Hyderabad
Should be able to work in a 2 pm – 11 pm IST shift based on business needs
Job Specific Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-7 years of experience in training and development, preferably within a consulting environment.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong experience using the ADDIE training methodology and structured approaches to deliver training deliverables.
- Strong experience with training content development and ability to structure and storyboard deliverables
· Strong experience developing training for large scale transformation projects.
· Strong understanding of change management lifecycle activities including communications, change impact assessment, and training content and delivery
· Strong experience with using enterprise learning / content authoring tools, such as Brainshark, Adobe products, SAP Digital Adoption products, etc
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Ability to prepare and make presentations
· Collaborate with subject matter experts and member firm representatives regularly
· Ability to learn quickly and execute tasks
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
· Ability to work under constantly changing conditions and tight deadlines
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
· Demonstrated experience interacting with virtual teams across multiple time zones and in a matrix organization
