Role: Learning Operations Specialist Level: Sr. Analyst

The Learning Operations team in the US India office is a team of individuals that provide end to end learning administrative and backend operations support for Deloitte Member Firms across the globe.

Work you’ll do
Provide support to the US Talent Development Learning operations, to serve the Offshore Clients, with regards to Planning and Delivering of trainings. It is essential to act as an Advisor & a Consultant to our clients.
1. Connect with Clients, providing service as a consultant/advisor and lead virtual transitions
2. Ensure all tasks are done in a timely manner with Accuracy and Completeness
3. Delegate the work, track the work, manage the resources with regards to coping with the workload
4. Perform the quality checks on the tasks before they are submitted to the client
5. Set expectations with clients, negotiate on the timeliness if necessary, or keep the client well informed in case of delays
6. Peer to peer touch point - Enhance network by connecting with everyone in the team on a frequent basis, share knowledge, tips and best practice
7. Support the AM with SLA management
8. Proficient in process excellence in terms of SOP, Check lists and FAQ documents for primary activities and other tasks if required
9. Ownership and accountability towards process and assigned task
10. Time Management - Effective utilization of working hours with proper prioritization of work
11. Contribution and Involvement in Firm/Team initiatives
12. Continues collaboration effort towards common business goal
13. Act as a mentor / process trainer / subject matter expert
14. Be the first point of escalation for any client issues / concerns
15. Support the AM with metric reporting and dashboard preparing

Qualifications
• Graduate/MBA/Post-Graduate
•4-6 years of relevant experience in a Learning/Backend Operations environment
Skills Required:
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Should have knowledge of email etiquette
• Should have basic knowledge of excel and should be able to read data and use the excel features like sorting, removing duplicates, filtering
• Should have ability to team with others
• Should be able to prioritize time and tasks
• Must have experience Managing small teams
Preferred:
• Should have basic knowledge of creating MS PowerPoint presentations
• Experience with Virtual platforms like Zoom, Saba Meeting/Centra, MS Teams etc will be an added advantage
• Should have experience of handling cases/tickets
• Should have ability to interact well with internal clients and understand their requirements
• Experience working with US stakeholders
