The Learning Operations team in the US India office is a team of individuals that provide end
to end learning administrative and backend operations support for Deloitte Member Firms
across the globe.

Work you’ll do
Provide support to the US Talent Development Learning operations, to serve the Offshore
Clients, with regards to Planning and Delivering of trainings. It is essential to act as an
Advisor & a Consultant to our clients.
1. Connect with Clients, providing service as a consultant/advisor and lead strategic
conversations
2. Provide insights to leadership on team performance, plan for contingencies
3. Team performance management, engagement management, people management
4. Lead cross team projects
5. Conduct effective 1:1 sessions with team members to provide feedback and keep
motivated
6. Ensure positive environment in team
7. Mentor/guide future leaders and team members towards career aspirations and goals
8. Contribution and Involvement in Firm/Team initiatives
9. Continues collaboration effort towards common business goal
10. Manage escalations, process concerns

Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA/Post-Graduate
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in a Learning/Backend Operations environment and managing teams of 8+
Skills Required
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Should have knowledge of email etiquette
• Should have basic knowledge of excel and should be able to analyze data
• Should have intermediate to advanced knowledge of creating MS PowerPoint
presentations and leadership ready dashboards
• Should have ability to team with others
• Should be able to prioritize time and tasks
• Should have experience Managing teams of 8+ including performance management,
conducting 1:1, mentoring
Preferred
• Should have a good understanding of Learning environments and processes,
preferably in Learning Operations
• Understanding of learning systems and processes
• Should have ability to interact well with internal clients and provide strategic
solutions to issues
• Experience working with US or Global stakeholders
