Manager – DRS - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Join the team aligned with CBS Clients & Markets, working as part of an extended NSE. The DRS team consists of industry-aligned professionals who collaborate with Client Relationship Executives (CREs) and Client Account Managers (CAMs) to provide integrated, cross-functional support to Deloitte's priority accounts. This support spans six key impact areas: Client Relationships, Strategic Opportunities, Account Team Operations, Quality and Risk, Commercials, and Leadership. It is expected that the role will sit within teams of up to a maximum of 20 individuals and will report to the Executive Manager. The Managers role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the DRS team.

At DRS you’ll work with senior leaders, enabling account teams to deliver the best of Deloitte and strengthen relationships with our most important clients. With a client-first mindset, you will align with Deloitte’s businesses to execute business priorities and expand our services footprint, help develop and deliver account strategies to address client issues, bring insights and leading practices to accounts, and drive operational efficiencies to keep client service professionals’ client-facing and help account teams win work.

As a part of DRS team, you will be responsible for:

As a DRS Manager you will be the face of the team, connecting with different geography PMO’s, Deloitte's account leaders and other internal stakeholders to deliver the best of the firm, strengthen relationships and help expand our services footprint at our clients.

Responsibilities includes:

•           Align with the CRP programme and responsible to deliver on the strategic priorities of the programme.

•           Work with the internal stakeholder to develop account strategy and track the progress and report them.

•           Complete responsibility to utilise the team more effectively and gain more productivity from the team for the projects allocated.

•           Delivery / Program management: manage multiple projects and lead large and complex multi projects environment. Ability to develop project plans, manage budgets, and ensure that timelines are met. Should also be able to effectively communicate project status to stakeholders and identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.

•           Lead business development by engaging with senior leadership.

•           Design operating model - Build roadmaps and program plans with industry leads

•           Build strong knowledge on aligned industry, and Account Management services.

•           Coach and mentor, the team on project management, client management, teaming, and other professional attributes

•           Proactively identify skill-set gaps and help design training plans.

•           Facilitate amicable issue-resolution for smooth functioning of the team.

•           Manage the performance of team members through regular check-ins, providing timely feedback based on personal observations and client responses.

•           Identify strengths of team members to provide them with opportunities and coach them in professional growth.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

DRS team are aligned to an industry (e.g., Energy, Resources & Industrials, Financial Services; Consumer; Life Sciences & Health Care; or Technology, Media & Telecom and Deloitte Private). We help build and execute client service strategies, optimize internal support, and increase efficiencies to enable our account teams to provide the best Deloitte client experience.

Qualifications

Required:

Any Graduate / MBA. Background in Finance, Marketing and/or Business desirable

•           8-12 years of relevant experience in business research / professional services firm

•           Strong organizational, project management skills

•           Self-motivated, proactive, innovative, and strong team player

•           Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment.

•           Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

•           Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – strong PowerPoint and excel skills. Experience of working with brand guidelines and templates

•           Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills

•           Exposure to performance management and experience mentoring/counseling others

•           Customer Research or Market Research experience, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing experience, Commercial awareness, flair understanding on one or more industry.

•           At least 2-3 years’ experience of supervising team of 5-10 team members (including virtual teams).

•           Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

•           Account management experience

•           Strong understanding of client service, marketing, sales/pre-sales in a professional services firm

•           Commercial awareness, an understanding and appreciation of one or more of the industries mentioned above.
