Assistant Manager, MI & Reporting, Executive Board and Relationships, USI BSO NSE, Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

As an Assistant Manager, you will lead and support data-driven initiatives across various organisational domains. You will collaborate with a diverse group of Data leads and Lab Producers, working closely with Deloitte’s client engagement team leaders across all industries and services. Your primary responsibilities will involve the planning, execution, and operational support of data analysis projects aimed at enhancing Executive Board and Relationship programs. This includes developing data models, analysing trends, providing insights, and driving strategic data initiatives to support client engagements effectively.

Work you’ll do

  • Lead the development of data projects using Power BI and Advanced Microsoft Excel, ensuring data is accurately collected from various data leads, BoardEx, and the Jupiter CRM system while adhering to GDPR guidelines.
  • Analyse complex datasets to identify significant trends, patterns, and insights that can drive strategic decision-making and business growth.
  • Design and create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Advanced Microsoft Excel using VBA to visualise data insights and support informed decision-making processes effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their data analysis needs are consistently met with high-quality solutions.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support client engagements, aiming to increase Executive Board and Relationship program nominations.
  • Work closely with client engagement teams and leaders to thoroughly understand their data needs, project requirements, and deliverables, providing tailored and practical solutions.
  • Communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring understanding and actionable outcomes.
  • Develop and implement robust data models to support various business initiatives and enhance data-driven strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and manage data analysis projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality data analysis reports and presentations, meeting client and stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain high data integrity standards by ensuring the quality and accuracy of all data outputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analysis into broader business strategies, driving overall organisational success.
  • Drive strategic data initiatives to enhance client engagement and support key business objectives.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, with 6-8 years of relevant experience. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, with a strong understanding of data modelling, statistical analysis, and data visualisation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Advanced MS Excel, VBA, Tableau, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of mentoring and developing junior analysts.
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and dependable, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working independently on multiple simultaneous assignments or engagements.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM IST

The USI NSE team drives the key client program with a focus on priority clients, supporting the Clients & Industries Lead in the region with the development and delivery of the regional plan. This internal business development team aids the business in achieving success and maintaining market focus. The team leverages exclusive sources, specialized research skills, and industry expertise to develop insightful reports that deliver significant value to their customers across Deloitte’s global network.
