Senior Analyst– CRM-Marketing Engagement Team - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

As a Senior analyst, you would closely interact with Deloitte internal stakeholders and support their CRM system and direct email marketing programs which includes managing campaign-related data in CRM and sending internal and external emails using Marketo. As a Senior Analyst, you would be responsible for updating the deliverable status daily to the stakeholders. This would require you to be involved in all stages of campaign management which includes the creation, managing, and sending of campaign emails. You will report to the Marketo/CRM leads in USI BSO. Here are a few of other responsibilities.

Work you’ll do

As a part of the CRM-Marketo team, you will:

  • Oversee and manage ongoing CRM campaigns, maintaining comprehensive status reports.
  • Generate actionable reports and dashboards to interpret CRM data effectively.
  • Provide timely statistics on campaign and email performance.
  • Import new contacts and campaign members using appropriate tools.
  • Ensure rigorous testing and delivery of campaign elements including emails, landing pages, forms, and automated workflows.
  • Collaborate with team members for daily updates and task coordination.
  • Update and maintain email templates in Marketo.
  • Managing the Folder structure and Campaign name hierarchy as per BE standards in Marketo
  • Use Marketo platform knowledge to build campaign assets in line with the project brief.
  • Configure the marketing automation platform to create additional campaign components, such as mailing lists, automated flows, web forms, or personalization elements within the campaign assets.
  • Manage campaigns in the marketing automation platform, ensuring that automated elements run as expected. Report any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate initiative, follow-through, and problem-solving ability.
  • Good understanding of HTML/CSS to identify and fix bugs in current templates and to create new ones from scratch if required.
  • Creating yearly/Quarterly/Monthly campaign analysis in Power BI and share with stakeholders.
  • Using different testing methodologies (A/B Testing, Dynamic Content etc.) to increase the performance of the campaign.
  • Provide ideas and business recommendations for the continuous improvement of processes.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

The team

The USI BSO team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in Belgium with a wide variety of capabilities, such as financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.

Qualifications Required:

  • Masters in Marketing/MBA/B.Tech/B.E.
  • 3-5 years of experience in any marketing automation tool is a must.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Preferred:

  • Good Understanding of CRM systems
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Power BI knowledge is preferred.
  • Marketo Certification is preferred.
