Analyst - UX and Dev - DNet - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Join our dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the firm's digital presence and optimizing its online assets. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless updating and maintenance of our websites. You'll collaborate closely with the Digital team to support various digital content management initiatives. We are seeking individuals with expertise in knowledge and content management systems, with a preference for those experienced in using MS SharePoint Modern and crafting exceptional user experiences.
Work you’ll do
As a part of Digital team, you will be responsible for:
· Content Management:
- Verify submitted content to avoid duplication.
- Conduct content reviews for completeness and consistency.
- Oversee internal web portals, managing content and web links.
- Publish content following taxonomy, tagging, and archiving guidelines.
- Adhere to document workflow standards for content publication.
· Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate content usage reports using the report builder tool.
- Collect and analyze user data to understand content performance.
- Analyze video performance metrics and viewer engagement data.
· Client and Project Engagement:
- Engage with clients for project-related tasks, including planning and reporting.
- Maintain open communication with clients in the U.K. throughout projects.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
· Technical Proficiency:
- Demonstrate proficiency in using digital signage CMS platforms.
- Manage video content on Microsoft Stream, including uploading, organizing, and analyzing performance.
- Understand and utilize different CMS software options and their capabilities.
- Knowledge of video formats, resolutions, and compression techniques.
- Familiarity with hardware components such as media players, screens, and connectivity options.
· Collaboration and Adaptability:
- Work on assigned tasks, identifying opportunities or issues and flagging them with team leads.
- Collaborate with technology teams to test new platform functionalities and report issues.
- Conduct SEO activities to enhance user and visitor experiences.
- Demonstrate adaptability by quickly grasping new work fundamentals, technologies, and processes.
· Community Management:
- Create and manage communities and groups within Viva Engage.
- Encourage and moderate discussions to foster engagement.
- Leverage integrations with other Microsoft 365 tools to streamline communication and collaboration.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
The team
The Hyderabad-based Clients & Markets team plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to Deloitte's UK operations across a diverse range of functions, including digital services, content management, reporting, SEO optimisation and IT solutions across the firm’s intranet platform.
Qualifications
Required:
- · Bachelor’s / Post Graduate Degree
- · 1 to 2.5 years of experience on SharePoint
· Proficiency in O365, SharePoint, Nintex, Stream, Workflows, Adobe Analytics, HTML/CSS
· Working knowledge of PowerBI
· Good communication skills
· Fundamental SEO Skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
· Exposure to content management
Preferred:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in branding and adherence to content workflow guidelines and standards.
· Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
· Positive demeanor and strong presence, capable of engaging with individuals at various organizational levels, and adept at addressing and resolving challenges in a mature and professional manner.
