Analyst, Executive Board and Relationships (EBR), USI BSO NSE, Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Join the team aligned with CBS and work as part of an extended UK team for the industry to establish strong working relations. The role is expected to sit within a team of six individuals who report to the manager. The Analyst role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the EBR team.
As an analyst, you would be responsible for supporting role-based programs and interacting with a diverse group of Lab Producers who support Deloitte’s client engagement team leaders across all Deloitte industries and services.
Work you’ll do
- : Help create/maintain standard protocols, materials, and tools for enabling the team to improve efficiency in servicing its clients/stakeholders.
- : Contribute to relevant background work to ensure the success of the campaign/initiative. This includes secondary research, CRM, quantitative and qualitative analysis of primary data, and completing forms.
- : Managing day-to-day logistics of client programs. In case of events: answer FAQs, redirect queries, provide status on registration responses, etc.
- : Visually tracking, analysing, and displaying key performance indicators/metrics by acquiring, validating, storing, and processing internal/external client data points used to monitor the health/growth of the business/Programme.
- Update SharePoint sites with documents provided by sector leads. Update and maintain a repository of data.
- Scheduling meetings and calls with multiple stakeholders and client account teams to monitor acceptances.
- Track finances and issue invoices to the finance teams for recharges, ensuring the provision of detailed monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Liaising with agency and Deloitte account teams to establish and optimise content space setup.
- in business development activities like lead generation.
- Help the team lead in reporting, developing standard operation procedures and processing documentation.
- Establish knowledge management system Teams and other programme repositories.
Qualifications
Required:
- Any Graduate / MBA. Background in Finance, Marketing and Business desirable
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience
- Customer Research or Marker Research experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS Word
- Experience working in professional services / multi-stakeholder environments.
- Information gathering, event and campaign management experience.
Preferred:
- Understanding of digital channels, including email marketing, website content, and social media
- Excellent communication skills. Able to communicate in writing at all levels, displaying advanced email etiquette.
- Ability to independently manage client requests and stakeholder communications.
- High attention to detail and pride in producing quality, error-free work.
- Is open, receptive, and adaptable to change- flexible.
- Work using their initiative, showing attention to detail and customer focus, with a good understanding of the client’s needs and priorities.
- Strong experience in market research, information assimilation and synthesis of data
- Proven ability to create dashboards and present the information in a logical flow using Excel/Power BI/Tableau.
- Skilled in using project management tools.
- Ability to deliver data analysis in graphical and tabular formats.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
