Analyst – DRS - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Join the team aligned with CBS Growth, working as part of an extended NSE. The DRS team consists of industry-aligned professionals who collaborate with Client Relationship Executives (CREs) and Client Account Managers (CAMs) to provide integrated, cross-functional support to Deloitte's priority accounts. This support spans six key impact areas: Client Relationships, Strategic Opportunities, Account Team Operations, Quality and Risk, Commercials, and Leadership. The role is expected to be part of a team of up to 10 individuals, reporting to the Assistant Manager. An analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the DRS team.
As a DRS team Analyst, you will collaborate with senior analysts, Client Relationship Executives (CRE), Client Account Managers (CAM), and other core account leaders on some of our most significant accounts. Your role will involve helping teams build relationships and deliver work, overseeing account operations, and mangining activites under account operations. You will ensure that practitioners are well-informed and engaged with clients while maintaining smooth account operations. Working closely with account leadership, you will address clients' most critical challenges by leveraging Deloitte's best resources. Additionally, you will share insights from other account teams and contribute to the innovation of new approaches. You will serve as a vital link between the larger firm, your account teams, and your clients.

As a part of DRS team, you will be responsible for:
The Analyst role will be aligned to either a cross-industry or single-industry focus and will operate as part of an extended NSE team to foster strong working relationships. This position will be embedded within teams of up to 10 individuals and will report directly to the Team Leader. The Analyst will be instrumental in driving the success of the DRS team.
The key activities of the team will be:
- Responsible for project management, quality control, review of deliverables, and for embedding the principles of exceptional client service of being connected, responsive and insightful in our support to the account teams.
- Expected to champion and lead the priority account management program for the designated accounts using the Client relationship development framework.
- Individually contribute and add value to complex account & business development needs, including global account planning, go-to-market research & strategy, pursuit/sales support, pitch development, among others
- Work on research-based insights which will be used to formulate go-to-market strategies for our Account teams.
- Liaise with colleagues from Deloitte offices spread across the globe and stakeholders to understand, refine, and manage project expectations and priorities.
- Provide administrative and project management support and provide insights on key metrics through dashboards.
- Suggest alternatives, and creative solutions to address current and anticipatory needs of clients and stakeholders. Take the relationship beyond transactional level.

Qualifications
Required:
- 1- 3 years Business Research or Marker Research experience
- Ability to connect financial metrics with operational activities.
- Advance proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, POWER BI and MS Word
- Excellent business writing and report writing skills.
- Business Administration, Finance, Marketing experience
- Ability to manage internal and external relationship.
- Commercial awareness, an understanding and appreciation of one or more of the industries mentioned above.
- Prior exposure to project management and key account management
Preferred:
- Ability to contribute and add value to accounts and business development needs.
- Understand market trends, what is on our clients’ agenda and how these translate into revenue generating opportunities. Monitor solution revenue to understand success, opportunities, under performance.
- Good knowledge of databases (such as Dow Jones, Factiva, Bloomberg etc.), public sources of information, and/or industry specific sources
- Experience in processing information in compelling visualization within logical structure is preferred skill.
- Understanding of Industry and Business Key performance indicators (KPIs) – operational and financial
- Strong communication skills
- Articulate ideas and point of views in a confident and effective manner in client calls during all stages of the project lifecycle.
