Analyst– CRM-Marketing Engagement Team - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
As an analyst, you would closely interact with stakeholders and support their CRM system and direct email marketing programs which includes managing campaign-related data in CRM and sending internal and external emails using Marketo. This would require you to be involved in all stages of campaign management which include the creation, managing, and sending of campaign emails. You will also be responsible for designing and managing forms and landing pages. You will report to the Marketo/CRM leads in USI BSO. Here are a few of other responsibilities.
Work you’ll do
As a part of the CRM-Marketo team, you will:
- Manage ongoing campaigns, including data updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to understand and leverage the marketing cycle through CRM modules.
- Design, plan, and execute email communications and marketing automation campaigns using Marketo and Salesforce CRM.
- Understanding reports and dashboard creation within CRM to create useful insights.
- Develop and enforce campaign processes, and governance, and ensure best practices within the team.
- Understand the quality process and ensure adherence to the quality checklist before executing the campaign.
- Create and manage internal and external email communications for campaigns.
- Develop web forms and landing pages for webinars and events.
- Configure and manage marketing automation components like mailing lists, automated flows, and personalization elements.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and system issues.
- Maintain internal staff records and generate reports as required.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
The Team
The USI BSO team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in Belgium with a wide variety of capabilities, such as financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.
Qualifications Required:
- Tech/BE/master’s degree in marketing or MBA.
- 1-3 Years of experience in the Marketing domain.
- Knowledge in the Digital Marketing domain will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with any marketing automation platform is required.
Preferred:
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Working knowledge of Any Marketing Automation Tool
- Can work independently when required and progress projects quickly towards clearly defined deadlines.
