End User Technology Services (EUTS) Assistant Manager, Workstation Engineer

This Assistant Manager will lead and participate in the architecture and engineering efforts for end-user platform solutions for the Deloitte US firms. They will ensure the delivery of these solutions with minimal impact on end-users and further supporting our goal of technology eminence.
In this role, you will:
· Deliver an optimized productivity platform and exceptional digital experience.
· Be responsible for delivering a highly optimized, stable and productive workstation experience.
· Understand the business environment, customer needs and anticipate future technological demands.
· You will also manage vendor relationships to troubleshoot issues and provide support and service to end users.
· Protect the desktop environment by evaluating and determining how to react to security alerts, vulnerabilities, and industry risks.
· Leverage advanced workstation analytics, develop proactive solutions, and ensure comprehensive compliance using multiple enablement systems and tools.
· Enforce service levels and service offerings for end-user computing, including technology platforms, distribution, and deployment. You will approve and enforce processes and procedures for end user software technology platforms, distribution, and deployment.
· Provide Endpoint solutions to meet client/business requirements, coordinate testing, and production deployment of solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science with 5 years of experience in a technical IT role with 3+ years of relevant experience
Basic understanding of below Technologies is desirable
- Knowledge of Power tools
