Work you’ll do
As a Web Design Analyst, you will work closely with the Assistant Manager/Manager and interact with internal clients to understand their requirements to develop primarily online materials. You will be expected to:
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the design and development of Global Talent intranet sites that best meet their requirements.
• Understand and adhere to the Deloitte brand and style guidelines in all materials and content produced to ensure it is brand compliant
• Should be creative in designing the mockups
• Develop the mockups into interactive web pages using HTML and SharePoint
• Have a thorough understanding of SharePoint to make updates and publish content to the Global Talent intranet sites
• Develop and design other online and offline materials for internal stakeholders, such as presentations, interactive PDFs, newsletters, videos, and posters
• Be creative in such things as sourcing or developing graphics and icons
• Contribute to ongoing research, development, and resourceful use of online and offline tools
• Work on multiple projects in parallel, keeping a strong focus on details and meeting deadlines
• Learn new technologies in an ever-evolving workplace
• Work with your Assistant Manager/Manager to prioritize tasks, knowing when to ask for help and who to ask to be successful
• Work both independently and in a (virtual) team; have ownership for your work and pride in a job done well
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
The team
We, the Communication and Marketing team, create and offer a range of web and graphic solutions to internal stakeholders. We work with stakeholders to develop the Global Talent presence on Deloitte Resources, Deloitte’s global intranet. We also design and develop other creative visual aids, such as interactive PDFs, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, icons, and posters. We continuously look for ways to push the boundaries of our tools and channels, as well as look for ways to improve our creative and development processes.
Qualifications - ExternalQualifications
Required:
• Graduate and/or above from a recognized Indian university
• 2 to 4 years of experience in web and graphic design
• Advanced knowledge of HTML
• Advanced knowledge of Dreamweaver
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Basic/Advanced knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Basic/Advanced knowledge in Bootstrap
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Preferred:
• Basic/Advanced knowledge of SharePoint
• Experience with developing videos
• Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Understanding of the Deloitte organization
