Work you'll do
The primary focus of this role will be supporting the use of the global platform for Talent Sourcing (Avature). This role reports to the Assistant Manager.
Support the adoption of Avature Sourcing and Event Management for existing users. This role will have ongoing operations responsibility including system maintenance, configuration, documentation, training, testing and user support.
Support the implementation of Avature Sourcing and Event Management for new member firms. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ATS system and processes.
Act as escalation contact for first level support team. Closely collaborate with first level team and provide training and guidance where required.
Execute day-to-day administration of system and respond to client content management and change requests. Develop solutions to address client challenges.
Look for opportunities for continuous improvement, and implement steps to conduct operations more efficiently.
Provide input to the governance process for all system changes including regular communications with clients and leadership teams and regular system governance stakeholder calls.
Participate in reviewing product release documentation to propose implementation of newly available product features, reviewing and testing impacts of integrated system upgrades or patches.
Participate in internal testing activities, including framework, performance and security, as required.
Use knowledge of technology and Deloitte member firm business needs to support communications/change management activities for projects and enhancements.
Provide ongoing training and user support after changes in systems and/or procedures are implemented.
Participate in the design, development and analysis of Avature reports (Reports, Dashboards, Ad hoc requests) using Avature Lists, Report Builder, and Reporting Dashboards.
Monitor and work with Global Technology Services to maintain integration files between Avature and other systems. Demonstrate deep knowledge of HR processes and practices, specifically in sourcing and recruiting.
Performs other duties as assigned. Depending on department and business needs, primary focus areas may change including cross platform work with other recruiting technologies.
Participate in User Group Meetings, as needed.
Work with technical support team of external vendor and internal Global Technology Services team to trouble shoot issues or develop and implement change requests.
Responsible for system documentation including the creation of new documentation for system changes as well as updating of existing documents.
Responsible for system audit of data retention requirements by running reports and performing data clean-up activities. Support post-go live data clean-up activities of sources, company and other records.

Qualifications:
Graduate- B.com/BBA/BBM/BCA
Ø Post graduate MBA or relevant business experience.
Ø Strong systems skills, expertise in candidate/client relationship management system (CRM) required, preference to Avature Sourcing and Event Management experience.
Ø Minimum 1-3 years of recruiting, applicant tracking or CRM technology system implementation, support, testing, analysis, and design experience .
Ø Expertise with Applicant Tracking management systems a plus, preference to Avature .
Ø Experience working in a virtual environment where the individual works with teams in other locations and different time zones. Advanced level knowledge of MS Office.
Ø Strong written and verbal communication skills (must be an effective communicator). Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact with customers directly globally. Team-oriented.
Ø Highly organized.
Ø Intermediate to advanced capabilities in word-processing, spreadsheet and other PC software, as well as with email and the internet.
Ø Ability to prioritize time and work on multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact well with multiple departments.
Ø Experience with one or more of the following: Microsoft Access, Excel, SQL, Hyperion.
Ø Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, presentation, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Ø Proven ability to build relationships and interact with senior management, including product demonstrations and issue updates. Proven ability to make decisions considering long-term implications.
Ø Ability to be flexible and respond to varied demands.
