As part of Global Mobility – Application Management – The team is responsible for:

  • Being a subject matter expert on platform functionality
  • Reviewing requirements for configuration changes ensuring there are no upstream/downstream or cross-member firm impacts
  • Providing Level 2 support for functionality issues that may be reported by member firms
  • Ensuring all requirements for a feature/functionality are complete and accurate
  • Ensuring all upstream and downstream application impacts are understood and any risks raised
  • Creating, building, and managing configuration workbook for each Deloitte member firm with regards to the way the system settings, workflow etc., is set-up for them.
  • Review and ensure all user stories / requirements are in-line with the scope and are accurate
  • Support application, functional, regression and User acceptance testing
  • Work with and support member firm users during the user acceptance testing period
  • Ensure appropriate document, knowledgebase is updated at all times.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum overall experience of 2-4 years.
  • Good understanding of Talent Mobility Management as a Process & Practice.
  • Experienced working on supporting talent technologies
  • Experienced in requirements gathering, creating user stories
  • Experienced in manual testing, automation testing, documentation and reporting defects
  • Strong understanding of incident, problem and change request management process (ITIL)
  • Experience working with Ticket Management System (CRM).
  • Should have participated in User Acceptance Testing. (UAT)
  • Graduate in any background.
  • Very good in both Verbal and Written Communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio)

o   Preferred:

  • Understanding of workings of client/server web application models
