Asst. Manager – AV site lead
Location: Bengaluru/Gurgaon
Shift Timing: 11AM -8PM
Deloitte Technology-US Media and Communications, as part of the DT-US Office of the CIO, is seeking a detail oriented, creative, and engaged assistant editor and multimedia producer with a keen interest in communications and multimedia production, audio/visual techniques and a curiosity to learn new tools and workflows and passion for communication. Successful candidate will demonstrate ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently, carry a strong executive presence (written and in-person), assist and collaborate on multimedia productions and produce effective and professional media deliverables across DT-US and the broader Deloitte enterprise.
Responsibilities
- 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, with an emphasis on Audio/video conferencing technologies, multimedia, and project management.
- .
- Set up and install AV equipment such as Microphones, Sound speakers, Video Screens, Projectors, Active LED, Recording Equipment, connecting AV Cables, Sound and Mixing Boards for events and Functions such as Live Concerts, Conventions, Presentations, Town Hall, All Hands Meet (AHM) and news Conferences.
- Set up and operate Sound and Video Mixers. Worked for Live Concerts and Hard Rock Cafe would be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge and hands on experience on Mackie PROFX 12V2 12, Presonus StudioLive, Yamaha EMX5014C, Dynachord & Roland Audio mixers, Biamp Sound Structure.
- Strong experience with Integrated Audio-Visual touch panels, Integrated Audio systems-wireless and wired MICs and speakers.
- Additional support and work in other streaming services will be determined based on skill set.
- Good understanding of Network technology
- Expertise in Mix sound inputs and feeds, monitor sound feeds to ensure quality. Coordinate audio feeds with television images as required.
- Set up and operate required Lightings, based on the Events.
- Create and install custom lighting systems. Test and resolve equipment issues.
- Ensure equipment is installed according to designated layout.
- Should have knowledge on Digital Signages. Implementation, support, and operation
- Diagnose and correct media system problems.
- Send in equipment for repairs as needed.
- Switch video input sources from one camera to another, Compress and digitize audio and video data.
- Ensure equipment the safe transfer and shipment of equipment.
- Ensure the safe storage and integrity of data.
- Perform duties on location. Discuss assignments. Maintain inventory of equipment
- Turn ideas into outlines, storyboards, and images.
- Excellent ability to multi-task several multimedia projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and vendor management and BRM skills.
- Experience working with culturally diverse teams / vendors across a global geographic footprint.
- Experience in leading global technology-based initiatives with differing priorities based on the line of business client.
Required Skills:
- Experience designing and building Multimedia solutions that scale to tens of thousands of users. \
- Zoom, MS Teams and Training rooms experience will be an added advantage. Should have good knowledge on AV over IP and NDI technologies.
- General knowledge of camera set up, lenses, audio recording equipment
- Passionate about continuous learning, curious and driven to solve problems and create innovative solutions in order to meet deadlines and project delivery
- Collaborative and supportive personality that is at ease working in deadline scenarios with a diverse group of colleagues and top-level firm leadership
- Ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders and peers

Required Licenses, Certifications, and Other Requirements
Portfolio of previous work preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of Two to three years equivalent business work experience in a service firm or corporate environment, preferably within the firm.
