About the Role

As a ‘Research & Documentation Analyst’ of Greenhouse Research, Documentation & Data Operations (DRDO) team within the Deloitte Greenhouse Experience division of Executive Accelerators organization, the key asks from the role are:

  • Conduct secondary research to create company profiles, executive profiles, and reports on clients, industry trends, and hot topics to support lab design and delivery, utilizing both internal and external databases.
  • Develop confidential Lab deliverables using internal tools and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Synthesize the lab outputs (in images) into impactful executive summaries that weave a cohesive narrative of key outcomes of the lab.
    • Develop client-facing and client-ready materials.
  • Attend scoping calls for Labs with clients, account teams, and/or Lab teams.
  • Interface with Lab teams for post lab activities to ensure compliance to the Greenhouse end-to-end processes.
  • Execute end-to-end quality assurance processes to ensure client-ready deliverables.
  • Support the planning of work pipeline and allocation.
  • Execute standard and ad-hoc data requests, generate leadership metric reports, and fulfill other internal team metric requests for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support operational tasks using Salesforce, SharePoint, and other firm-level resources.
  • Always maintain confidentiality, given the highly confidential client information of all clients in these offerings.

Skills Required

  • Experience in secondary research and documentation
  • Effective communication skills – verbal and written
  • Logical thinking ability and strong comprehension
  • Strong storyboarding skills for reports
  • Good sense of visual aesthetics that help in delivering client-ready reports on Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Should be a team player with
    service-oriented attitude and customer focus
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Detail oriented with strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills

Preferred skills

  • Familiarity working with data sets, MS Excel, and report building.

Professional qualifications, work location and timings

  • Academic qualification: Master’s Degree like MBA
  • 1-3 years of relatable experience
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Work Timings: 2:00pm-11:00pm
  • Work format: Hybrid (between work from office & home)
