Work you will do
As a senior Digital Asset Management analyst, you will be an integral part of our DAM team, focusing on overall maintenance and enhancing the DAM's usability. Your primary goals will be to handle different asset migrations, define metadata schemas, maintain metadata and taxonomy of the assets, and custom AEM backend development like developing workflows, sling servlets, etc.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance of DAM, helping the user communities by resolving the issues and developing new features.
- Handle asset migrations whenever new businesses are onboarded to DAM.
- Collaborate with the business stakeholders and define the metadata schemas as per requirements and best practices.
- Ensure the assets are maintained with the required metadata and taxonomy.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams, including design and back-end development, to ensure a seamless integration of the DAM system.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements, ensuring that the DAM system meets their needs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to completion.
Skills & Experience required:
- 2-5 years of experience working in AEM Assets (DAM).
- Hands-on experience in defining metadata schemas.
- Hands-on experience with AEM Assets OOTB & developing Custom Workflow.
- Experience in integrating AEM assets with other Adobe products like Workfront, analytics etc.
- Good experience with Assets Migration from various platforms to Adobe Assets.
- Nice to have knowledge of Security and Performance
- Able to define & OOTB and Custom ACLs.
- Able to build and deploy code by leveraging pipelines.
- Experience with core web technologies Java, HTML5, CSS3.
- Good understanding of AEM building blocks like workflows, sling servlets, clientlibs, content fragments, OSGI services etc.
- Experience in Java unit testing using Mockito, Junit etc.
- Knowledge on source control management (GIT).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and gather requirements.
- Familiarity with content management systems.
- Experience in working on Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred, but not required:
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM Assets.
Educational Requirements:
- B. Tech/B.E. (preferably CS)
- Professional qualification (reputed institutes preferred):
- MBA (a plus)

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
