About Technology CoE

 

Technology CoE offers innovative solutions that enable CMG to execute with agility, drive closed-looped marketing, and achieve operational excellence; optimizes data, tools, people, and process.

  • Partners with various CMG channels to deliver data-driven insights in the form of dashboards/reports, which help make informed decisions
  • Provides end-to-end support around database management, reporting, and maintenance activities
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for automation and reporting

Work you will do

Your responsibilities and role demand:

  • Develop and execute marketing automation strategies using platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
  • Having experience in implementation and integration with Salesforce would be preferable.
  • Design and implement API integrations to streamline marketing processes and improve data flow between systems.
  • Maintain and optimize existing marketing automation workflows and API connections
  • Oversee data integration and consistency between systems, addressing any synchronization challenges.
  • Provide technical support across different tools and platforms, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Perform routine system monitoring and maintenance, proactively addressing potential issues
  • Document processes, workflows, and integration setups for future reference and training purposes

Skills & Experience required:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing automation and API management.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with API integration.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

Work Timings: 2 pm to 11 pm
