The Team

In this role, you will be part of the Content Strategy team, which works in collaborations with other Deloitte teams (e.g., Channel Strategy, Creative, Go to Market Marketing) to plan and execute SEO strategy. 

The SEO team works across all lines of business marketing teams to ensure Deloitte shows up consistently in search rankings and has a distinguished web presence. 

Work you’ll do:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

SEO Analysis:

  • Performing keyword research, analysis, and optimization.
  • Researching and implementing search engine optimization recommendations.
  • Researching and analyzing competitor links.
  • Crafting impactful and comprehensible reports clients can understand.
  • Perform SEO crawls using tools such as OnCrawl and Screaming Frog.

SEO Strategy:

  • Developing and implementing link building strategies.
  • Identifying and analyzing reasons for changes in SEO traffic.
  • Working with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
  • Working with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, UX design, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Here are few of other responsibilities:

  • Build and plan, the production and preparation of the webcast for assigned industry & functions.
  • Work on all aspects of webcast planning and execution planning calls, deadlines, pre-show and post-show assessment.
  • Interface with presenters, moderators and marketing professionals to coordinate participation in Virtual events.
  • Integrate with other producers (as needed) on in-person events, video needs, and digital production; and have a strong working knowledge about all mediums.
  • Lead the team of webcast/podcast producers by providing direction, troubleshooting/removing roadblocks.
  • Advise and manage innovative virtual events that promote the firm, build, and enhance brand eminence, generate leads, and develop relationships.
  • Analyze attendance data to evaluate success of each webcast/podcast, and series’ overall.
  • Accountable to meet stakeholders’ expectations, efficient workflow management and ensure projects are completed as per agreed scope, quality, and due date.

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO roles with a demonstrated track record of improving organic search rankings within the B2B sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, Workfront, and BrightEdge.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other teams and provide insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
