Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a video specialist to join our pursuit design team, working in the areas of video editing and motion design for creative sales deliverables.  In this role, this individual will be responsible for developing materials working with the video producer and motion graphics designer to support proposals in the pursuit of new business.

This position calls for a passionate, collaborative professional with a positive outlook, excellent communication, and superior design skills. The preferred candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and is comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.  

Responsibilities

• Excel at editing videos using the Adobe suite of tools.
• Apply design principles and bring an innovative approach and execution to video and mixed media.
• Translate complex information and analytics into compelling video communications.
• Ensure a creative look and feel, while adhering to the Deloitte brand, visual identity, legal guidelines, and messaging.
• Exercise judgment and project management skills to balance sometimes competing priorities and communicate to internal clients to still meet and exceed project deadlines and commitments; keep internal clients informed of projects and progress.
• Provide support for motion graphics, audio manipulation and creative video techniques.
  
  

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in digital media, visual communications, or related field.
• Proficiency in cinematography, mastery of video editing and general knowledge of motion graphics.
• Mastery level of Adobe CC suite (Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition), and MS Office applications (PowerPoint).
• 2-5 years of related work experience in business development, marketing, or internal communications.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, developing creative deliverables within tight deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Demonstrated project management and organization skills, and close attention to detail.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to manage own time and take initiative.
• Experience working in a professional services organization a plus.
